Nice option to visit South Park Area
Pros:

Location, size of the room and cleaning & kitchen personnel are very nice

Pros:

The 2-room suite was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful. The configuration of the space was really nice.

Cons:

The room was not 100% clean. There were hairs in the tub and mildew on all of the caulk seams. The elevator was in rough shape with ceiling tiles missing and damage to the walls. The breakfast area smelled like it had been wiped with dirty rags.

Pros:

The breakfast was great and had a wide variety to choose from each day. The location was good, close to shopping and restaurants in a very nice neighborhood. I felt safe there while I was traveling alone.

Cons:

There was a noisy generator or something that kicked on at night very close to my room so I used my sound machine app to drown it out.

Cons:

No Netflix or streaming for kids. Nickelodeon and Disney were not working on traditional tv. There was no baking sheet for the oven. There was only one elevator working. Overall not a pleasurable experience

Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

1 Elevator seemed to be out of service. Which caused you to have to wait 5+ minutes only elevator for it to be full when stopping at floor.

Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. We also enjoy the indoor pool definitely made the entire trip.

Cons:

I did not like the paid parking. They were QR code, but the price was not listed once she scanned the QR code. I just automatically ask for your card information. I did not like that.

Nice room but you will need a guide and a shoehorn to find and get into a parking space
Pros:

The most abysmal parking availability I have ever seen. Tiny, tiny car spaces; if you are lucky enough to find one. Good luck you will need it.
Disgusting. Who ever designed this fuster cluck was a total idiot.
