Good stay in perfect location with good breakfast.
Pros:

Quiet room and well appointed facility with convenient parking near to shopping and restaurants and convenient location for travel in Charlotte area

Cons:

A bit slow checkin process as my name was not correctly entered and we had to register and pay for the parking separately.

Well I didn't like how you canceled my room and didn't tell me, and I didn't like how they changed me 2 times for a room and don't want to talk about it. You and that place can go fuck off. I will never use booking. com again

Amazing!
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the two bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained.

Cons:

Paying for parking in a very tight parking area. Spaces are not conducive to full size SUV’S.

I had booked a two bedroom suite several months in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they didn’t have that room available. REALLY?? What good is a reservation if they don’t reserve the room?? They ended up providing me with two separate king bed rooms. NOT WHAT I RESERVED, but at least it was two rooms. I guess they could have only provided one room with two beds. Glad they didn’t do that.

Indoor pool that gives you the luxury of swimming, no matter the weather. Outside grill for the residence outdoor basketball court full kitchen in the room for those who have rather cook your own meals. Full refrigerator and dishes.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and the entire property had a modern, upscale feel. My room was comfortable, well maintained, and made for a relaxing stay.
The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from each morning.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the SouthPark area. Highly recommend!
