Excellent as usual!
Pros:

The employee at night is very nice guy remembers me and that is always nice. Excellent service!

Cons:

Guess the only thing I could think really is the one elevator that is always the one that comes, makes terrible noises that are very unnerving. of course nothing has happened but it is unnerving. it is the one closest to the wall that goes outside. My husband had an accident in an elevator and fell three floors, so I might be a little more nervous due to that fact. but maybe it's something you're able to stop so I'm just letting you know in case you can.

Pros:

Called ahead to make sure the restaurant would be open (because they never are at Holiday Inns) and was told it would be. Pull up, it’s closed. The front desk clerk gave us a free breakfast to try and make up for it. Breakfast had pubic hair in it.

That the room smell bad. I was double charged. I tried to get booking on the phone and didn’t get this resolved because I got the runaround.

Great Hotel, breakfast not so good!

Room was great!

Cons:

Breakfast not free like we are use to at all the other Holiday Inns. This gravy and potatoes were not good. We did not eat it!
