I did not pay to add breakfast to my stay, and I was glad I didnt. 10.99 per person for the same food and serve yourself style breakfast, is ridiculous. I was glad kids ate free.

Very disappointing
Cons:

Hot breakfast was posted as an amenity, which also was served two years ago when I was there. This time they refused to provide that. they also refuse to provide a microwavable plate to use in my room. The elevators were erratic, when outright not working at all. no ventilation of fan in the exercise room

Very Nice but needs attention
Pros:

Fresh and bright; welcoming! Love the ice water offering upon arrival.

Bathroom; towels & basic needs, good ~ however, no hot water at sink (hot water in shower was ok) ~ hooks on outside of Bathroom door is nice, but NEED hooks on inside of door, otherwise there isn't any place to hang clothes.

Coffee-maker; the height of where it is doesn't allow opening the lid to add water, nor the lid to add the k-cup.
We managed to make it work by pulling it out very carefully and after a few tries and spilled water ... we finally had coffee.
Such sad overlooked design flaws in a nice room.
Folks working were very nice and welcoming. Hope they can fix inconveniences soon.
