Please note that the hotel's private parking only has 39 spaces (35 interior and 4 exterior) assigned upon availability on arrival. There is public parking on the streets around the hotel, and a large public parking nearby. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:00 till 20:00 daily and that it can be made an open-air pool or a partially covered indoor pool, depending on the weather conditions and for safety reasons it's mandatory to pre-book the access to the pool area.

AC is broken

Cons:

They had us pay, and right after told us that the AC was broken. It was unbearably hot. They gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as an apology, but as a diabetic we would’ve loved somewhere that was honest about the air conditioning beforehand. It was like they tricked us. The bottle they gave us exploded everywhere upon opening and we had to clean it all up. Not really a gift after all.

Awesome hotel and location!
Pros:

You could not ask for a better location! Right across from the beach.

Cons:

Older hotel. Tv won't allow hdmi connection. Food was a bit fancy.

Limpeza, localização mesmo em frente á praia, elevador com vista panorâmica, excelente pequeno almoço, simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários do bar/restaurante/limpeza.

Cons:

A dificuldade em estacionar proximo ao hotel- estacionamento no hotel muito caro, o quarto ter vistas para as traseiras do hotel....não apreciei a recepção no dia do check-in

Pros:

The sea view suite has a wonderful ocean view; the room is very large and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Hotell staff was very helpful.

Cons:

It can get noisy outside on weekend nights, and the World Cup matches certainly play a part in that:)

L emplacement au centre, la plage en face, la cuisine du soir excellente

Pas de transats ni de parasol pour la plage, 30 euros par jour, parking a 20 euros par jour, sèche cheveux casser pas reparer, dosette de cafe dans la chambre mais pas remplacé, donc au bout de 3 jours plus de cafe, pompe a gel douche cassée pas remplacé,
Dans le menu du soir il y a les boissons comprises enfin normalement et la on ma fait payer les boissons donc pas correct !!!
Attention bruyant au niveau des chambres, piscine sympa mais pas assez d ombre., manque de parasols.
Apres au niveau du personnel sympa mais personne ne parle français bien dommage,

Bonjour,

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon mécontentement concernant mon récent séjour dans votre établissement.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée ne disposait pas de climatisation. Pour compenser cela, il nous a été remis un bon pour une boisson gratuite. Cependant, à aucun moment il ne nous a été demandé si cette absence de climatisation nous convenait ou si nous souhaitions une autre solution. Avec des températures avoisinant les 40 °C, nous avons trouvé cette situation particulièrement problématique.

J’avais pourtant réservé et payé une chambre avec climatisation. J’ai donc dû insister pour que l’on nous attribue une chambre correspondant à la réservation effectuée. Cette situation nous a contraints à attendre près de deux heures supplémentaires avant de pouvoir accéder à une chambre équipée de la climatisation prévue. Cette attente a été particulièrement désagréable après notre arrivée.

Par ailleurs, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’apprendre que le parking était facturé 20 €, alors que le site internet indiquait qu’il était gratuit. Cette différence entre les informations affichées et la réalité est très décevante.

Concernant les horaires, nous avons également reçu un appel nous indiquant que le check-out était prévu à midi. Or, cette information ne nous avait jamais été communiquée auparavant. Comme nous avions pu accéder à notre chambre vers 14h, nous pensions logiquement que le départ s’effectuait également à 14h. Cette absence de communication claire a créé une incompréhension supplémentaire durant notre séjour.

Enfin, lors du changement de chambre, nous avons constaté que la chasse d’eau de l’une des chambres était défectueuse. Cet incident supplémentaire a renforcé notre sentiment de mauvaise organisation et de manque de contrôle de l’état des équipements.

L’accumulation de ces différents problèmes a fortement dégradé notre expérience au sein de votre établissement.
