Great location with creditable views. Very convenient and quiet. 
Pros:

Great location, beautiful views. Great breakfast with a lot of variety.

Cons:

The hotel could really need some updating. Feels worn and dated. Carpet in our room was stained. Parking expensive.

Cons:

Nous avons malheureusement été déçus par notre séjour. Le prix des chambres nous paraît beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la qualité générale de l’hôtel et aux prestations proposées.

L’établissement mériterait clairement un sérieux rafraîchissement et plusieurs rénovations. La salle de bain de notre chambre était très ancienne, froide et surtout pas suffisamment propre. La moquette dans la chambre ne nous a pas semblé hygiénique, et celle présente dans les parties communes était mal posée et mal entretenue.

Autre point particulièrement décevant : le service au petit-déjeuner. Le personnel présent n’a pas réussi à nous dire bonjour une seule fois. Nous avons dû nous-mêmes installer notre table et aller chercher les couverts, verres, serviettes, etc. Pour un hôtel pratiquant ces tarifs, nous attendions clairement un autre niveau de service.

C’est vraiment dommage, car l’emplacement est intéressant et l’établissement pourrait avoir beaucoup de potentiel avec une rénovation et davantage d’attention portée à l’accueil et au service.

The hotel makes a very good first impression, but the level of service did not meet our expectations. We had expected parking to be available at the hotel, but instead we were directed to a parking garage about 400 metres away, without any convenient place to unload our luggage. The staff also did not seem particularly helpful. The pool bar was closed, and even small details, such as having to collect special pool towels from reception with a €20 charge for not returning them, felt more inconvenient than comfortable. None of these issues was serious on its own, but overall we expected better service from a hotel of this standard.

Great place for relaxing at the pool/beach
Pros:

Exceptional place to rest:). The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was perfection! With a place to lounge, lay and tan, a bar, showers, toilets. The hotel itself is a bit older but that wasn’t a problem. Black out curtains, comfy bed, great breakfast, staff, perfect location.

Excelente localização e comida mas aquém das expetativas para o preço.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, mesmo junto à praia. O pequeno-almoço e o jantar têm muita qualidade, mesmo. Vale a pena escolherem o regime de meia tensão . A cama é também muito confortável e proporcionou um ótimo descanso.

Cons:

A piscina foi uma desilusão, uma vez que tem apenas 1 metro de profundidade máxima, o que limita bastante a sua utilização por adultos.
Também consideramos o preço do parque de estacionamento elevado( 20€/noite) embora, no nosso caso, tenha posteriormente ficado a custo zero na sequência de um problema ocorrido durante a estadia.
O principal ponto negativo foi uma falha de comunicação relativamente ao regime de meia pensão. Não fomos informados de que as bebidas estavam incluídas, o que acabou por originar uma situação desagradável e que poderia facilmente ter sido evitada com uma comunicação mais clara por parte do hotel.
Outro aspeto que consideramos importante melhorar é a exposição da fruta, tanto ao pequeno-almoço como ao jantar. A fruta encontrava-se sem qualquer proteção e era frequente estar cheia de pequenos insetos da fruta, algo que consideramos pouco adequado para um hotel desta categoria.
De uma forma geral, consideramos que o hotel necessita de alguma remodelação e atualização. Tendo em conta o valor praticado por noite, as expectativas são naturalmente elevadas e esperamos encontrar um serviço de nível premium e de excelência. Infelizmente, sentimos que o serviço prestado por parte de alguns funcionários ficou aquém desse padrão, nomeadamente ao nível da atenção, comunicação e cuidado com o cliente.
No geral, é um hotel com uma localização excelente e com uma oferta gastronómica de qualidade, mas que, na nossa opinião, tem alguns aspetos importantes a melhorar para estar verdadeiramente à altura do preço e da categoria que apresenta.

Great location near a good section of the beach and has good meals with vegan options.
Pros:

The location is very good. The meals available for breakfast and dinner had good options and the kitchen was very accommodating with a vegan entree at dinner when there wasn’t something suitable on the pre planned menu. The staff were all very nice. The room was spacious. The balcony was a nice option when it got too hot. And it was a good place to watch the gulls and pidgeons, as well as the local traffic.

Cons:

Lunch was our first meal there and was pretty sad. Luckily it was not a preview of what dinner would be like.

O quarto apresenta necessidade de reparação (secador, porta da varanda, espelho de aumento visual, etc.)
As almofadas cheiravam a usado.
A piscina tem apenas meio metro de profundidade.
Na esplanada ao domingo de manhã sente-se o cheiro dos contentores da rua.
A porta giratória da entrada tem de ser empurrada pelos clientes.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Facilities excellent. Staying on first floor came out of elevator look down on carpet old dirty and creases needed to be stretched. My colleagues bathroom was dirty. Mini bar in both rooms had no alcohol. I will give the Hotel another chance and hope things are rectified
