Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I'd definitely stay again.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, & staff was friendly. Easy check-in/check-out. Loved the pools/jacuzzi's and outdoor movie night for the kids!

Cons:

The food wasn't great at the tiki bar. I would UberEats next time. I also ordered a drink there and the menu said it was made with Patron, but the bartender DID NOT use Patron. She used some cheapy bottom shelf tequila and you could absolutely taste the difference.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the reception Miss Toni . She was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. She took great care of us, always made sure we were comfortable, and helped with everything we needed with a smile. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made our stay more enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality — she is a real asset to the hotel!

Daughter 5th birthday to Disney world so location was perfect and she was very happy
