The location is really quiet and calm with lots of parking. The stuff who received did a great job.
The bathrooms need a ceiling fan to remove odors and bathing moisture from the bathroom.
The floor was a little bit dusty, our stainedso fast, so please when someone reserves a room, let it be cleaned in advance.
Please have a central microwave in each floor to warm food, and a kettle to heat some water. The restaurant closes at 10pm and some may have to wake up early before they open.
The location was amazing!
Paid extra for a balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy our view. My husband is deployed and we were meeting for a weekend to celebrate our 30 year anniversary. The complete view was roof tops with garbage and stuff on them. Super disappointed! After we checked in, they asked how our day was going, and I expressed how disappointed I was and they never did anything for our anniversary. They never offered to give us a different room. They didn’t offer to help us at all. They completely just ignored me after I answered their question. They told me I couldn’t check in early and then charged me for early arrival after I changed my flight to get in after 5pm. Paid over $100 for two filet dinners that were over cooked and bland! The three pools were so small and full of kids. Hot tub full of kids. Pictures were deceiving for sure!!! Would not go back!!! Overall this hotel is ok.
Que estaba bien cercas de mi destino.
No me gustó que el estacionamiento te cobran ya después de que pagas arriba de 400 dolar por 2 dias de viaje aun te cobran el estacionamiento.
Friendly staff
Paid parking with security and still got my window busted up and items stolen from our car
Very clean and friendly
Cable not working in bedroom / no TV
We planned a trip to San Antonio to take my daughter to Sea World for her birthday. This hotel is conveniently close with a shuttle, and we did have a good time at Sea World.
My daughter has a fear of dogs because she had a traumatic experience when she was younger. This hotel is very pet friendly. There were dogs inside the hotel, on the courtyard area, we even encountered one in the restaurant. That’s unsanitary. There was one in a room on the same floor as us that was constantly barking loudly. My daughter had a lot of anxiety caused by dogs being everywhere, she broke down crying at one point because she was overwhelmed with a dog and owner in the elevator with us and we couldn’t exit before the doors closed. It ruined her birthday trip.
Could be great if staffed properly. Dresden at the pool bar was amazing. Bathrooms by the pool were really dirty and the ones inside weren’t much better. Courtyard had lots of trash and towels everywhere. Stay was alright but wouldn’t recommend. Too overpriced for the experience we had.
I took my grandson to San Antonio for a few days in the middle of the week. This was an outstanding resort at a great price point when booked through Tripadvisor. They had a free shuttle to Seaworld, which was really nice. Lots of places to eat and shop out there and a quick 15 minute drive to downtown San Antonio and anything you wanted to do. I absolutely recommend using the SpotHero app for parking in San Antonio. It was really nice to park like at the River center mall for a reduced rate and just use that to explore San Antonio from there.
Love the extra touches they had such as s’mores at night and fire pits. They had three nice pools. They had movie nights for the kids and really good food in the restaurant. I did have a one bedroom, suite, and tons of room for us. Housekeeping was exceptional. Any little problem I had they were quick to answer my question. Parking is on par with most places. The resort fee I had to pay separate from my booking through Tripadvisor, but they also offered a $10 credit when you ate on site. I highly recommend this resort.

Came in after a long drive for a quick work trip and Davion’s white glove service made my check in experience so smooth and he was super helpful and efficient ensuring my stay started out in the right direction.
Davion is what i would consider a top tier customer service representative. He went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one!!!
Always very friendly and clean!

Everything was great until we discovered a bug in our bed.
There was a bug in our bed. We recently stayed at another hotel in Tennessee and they had bed bugs so we are traumatized. We checked the bed and there was a white slim bug. Not sure if it was a bed bug but it was a bug in the bed. We had just come from Minnesota and we're exhausted so we just slept on top of the sheets in our clothes. Other than that we lived rhe property. Not sure if I would book again though.
The staff was very friendly, good location, and a nice pool. The room was quiet and clean.
I want to emphasize that the staff was wonderful but there are simply not enough of them to meet the needs of the customers which is the fault of management. One waiter seating people, taking orders, manning the bar, manning the coffee bar, taking room service calls, and running food. No wonder plates came out missing items. There were planned activities that never happened because the activities director was also the only person manning the desk during a conference. They need more staff to deliver on their promises. If you are going to charge that much for food, staff your restaurant soon that the service can match the price. If you are going to advertise as a resort with family activities, have enough staff to actually host them.
The staff we encountered was lovely and did what they could but they needed help to deliver on the promises set by the management.
Staff and pools, breakfast.
There was no microwave.
