I stay there when I have an early flight the following day. Very convenient.

I had a room with the AC not working. The staff put me in another room and solved the problem.

Melhor hotel de Guarulhos.
Pros:

Melhor hotel que ficamos na região. Quartos amplos, limpos, cheio de cuidados personalizados (em especial o quarto accor kids). Equipe rápida e eficiente, desde o check-in até o check-out, muito bem treinada e educada. Equipe do restaurante ajudou com nossas demandas sem piscar, inclusive tarde da noite. Café da manhã digno, muito bem servido e variado, inclusive com máquinas de café, sucos, deck de pratos quentes feitos na hora, e equipe dedicada. Espaço kids e gamer com ps5 e deck racer. Piscina e serviços de comodidades.

Good for a one nighter near GRU
Pros:

Close to airport. Comfortable bed. Warm water. Restaurant is good.

Cons:

It is really tired for a higher end hotel. Things are breaking, or loose, some build up in showers and douche, etc. Could really use an update to be considered high end. If you miss the shuttle, it’s hard to get to. There’s nothing within walking distance.

O quarto é bom, a cama é grande e confortável.

Cons:

O banheiro. Estava cheio de limo nos rejuntes do box do chuveiro, havia um cotonete usado caído no chão quando entramos no quarto (acredito que a limpeza não tenha sido das melhores), o vidro da porta do box não fecha, está desregulado e desalinhado, além de a pia ter a torneira muito próxima da cuba, o que dificulta até para lavar as mãos, pois não tem como lavar sem encostar no ralo.
