Pros:

It’s clean and there was a Starbucks nearby. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Parking was awful. Location was …. Questionable. Beds were not comfortable. Small pillows are awful.

Awful, do not waste your money.
Cons:

The location was awful, it was in a bad part of town and had very limited parking in the hotel parking lot. The walls were so thin I could hear the people staying in the room right next to me having a conversation. The facility smelled of vinegar and the hotel was not clean. There was water build up and grime on the shower head. I booked a two night stay and refused to stay here the second night.

The facility met our basic expectations.
Pros:

We liked identifying where to stay in Albuquerque through Booking.com. It was easy to use and didn’t require a user code and one more password.

Cons:

The breakfast room was VERY crowded which the hotel can not control. The location, on a busy street, without clear signage, set back from the road with a fast food business in front of it, made the hotel difficult to see and access at night.

Nice property- poor pet policies.
Pros:

The rooms, although very small, were clean and the property was fenced, safe and new.

Cons:

Poor dog policies. The people in the room beside us left their poor dog behind and it barked and barked while its owners were out. We complained to the the front desk, but they couldn't do anything about it. Clear rules should be made about not leaving pets behind and communicated to guests. It was annoying to us and probably terrifying to the dog.
