I had three significant issues during my stay.

First, the pool area was dirty, with at least 10 wet, soggy towels left around the pool and an overflowing towel container.

Second, the airport shuttle was not arranged despite my requesting it with my booking and verbally confirming it at check-in. I also paid for parking, which should have reinforced that I would need the shuttle. At 4 AM, I came downstairs with three children and luggage and was told it had not been arranged because I hadn't come down 15 minutes earlier to remind the front desk to call. I should not have been responsible for reminding staff to provide a service I had already requested and confirmed. The shuttle was then another 20 minutes late.

Finally, both the front desk employee and shuttle driver dismissed my concerns and assured me I would have no problem making my flight, despite knowing nothing about my airport situation. I was traveling alone with three young children and had luggage requiring additional procedures. Rather than apologizing for the hotel's failure, they questioned my judgment and minimized the situation. I also had to load my own luggage while the driver watched.

The combination of the hotel's failure to arrange the shuttle, the delay, lack of assistance, and dismissive response was extremely disappointing. I felt that my concerns were being dismissed rather than taken seriously, and as a woman traveling alone with three children, I was left wondering whether I would have been treated differently if I were a man.

Lovely stay
Pros:

When we arrived we had a desk associate, Edwardo or Ernesto? He was amazing and beyond helpful!! Greeted us with a smile everytime we saw him!!

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. The fried potatoes were well under cooked.
