Nice property- poor pet policies.
Pros:

The rooms, although very small, were clean and the property was fenced, safe and new.

Cons:

Poor dog policies. The people in the room beside us left their poor dog behind and it barked and barked while its owners were out. We complained to the the front desk, but they couldn't do anything about it. Clear rules should be made about not leaving pets behind and communicated to guests. It was annoying to us and probably terrifying to the dog.

I got unlucky. Maybe better soundproofing would have improved my stay.

Location. Check in staff. Cleanliness of room.

Cons:

Guests in an adjacent room were very loud, talking and/or watching TV with loud volume most of the night. Around 5:15am they slammed their room door and I could literally feel the vibrations. As a result of all this, I had a terrible sleep.
