Choices for breakfast. Pancake machine makes small thin pancakes. Waffles at other hotels have been much better. The oatmeal was very runny.

An affordable, high-quality hotel.
Pros:

This is the best affordable, high-quality hotel we have ever stayed, we stayed twice during one trip in Flagstaff AZ and Albuquerque NM. It was very reasonable price with higher quality of condition, newer, cleaner and comfortable, especially with the breakfast, provided hot food and many kinds, it is exceptionally better than similar level of hotels. We will looking for staying this hotel in our next trip, we wish would be able to find it every places. Highly recommended it.

We stay here a couple times a year. Always clean, comfortable, good breakfast, dog walk, safe neighborhood.

I would have given this a 10 but the shower curtain was so short it barely fit in the shower.

I liked the location. It was close to the hospital where my son was after a horrific accident

Cons:

The staff was not very welcoming. I knew i wasn't in Texas anymore. The room was hot when we arrived and the refrigerator opened. We had to cool everything down. They did let us use their freezer to freeze water bottles so my husband's medication could stay cool.

Cons:

The TV remote wasn't programmed. I was able to turn the TV on using the power button on the TV but was not able to turn it off. The front desk said that I would have to wait until business hours the next day for maintenance to handle.

Good value, just wish their listings were updated regarding available amenities.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was adequate and well maintained. The shuttle service was timely and efficient.

Cons:

Front desk staffing was a bit light for busy times. The AC system is quite loud. The heated pool that was advertised in their listing was closed :(
