Pros:

Room pleasant temperature, not to stuffy

Cons:

Pillows were flat and lumpy. Made an uncomfortable sleep.
We thought we had breakfast included in price

Great as usual
Pros:

Stay here practically every week and I have to say it is great value for money, friendly and helpful staff can't fault it

Cons:

Some carpets have bleach marks on the floor..... but I dont sleep on the floor so no big deal

Will never stay again
Cons:

My room was filthy, not hovered, dusted or cleaned properly. Carpet dirty & stained, the bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower cubicle. The room was dusty. The mirror was dirty with toothpaste etc. I asked for it to be hoovered and it still had dirt. I’ve genuinely never stayed anywhere so dirty and i work away from home frequently. The housekeeping is unacceptable & rooms are clearly not checked by senior housekeeping. I don’t know if it’s standard now for your room not to be cleaned during the stay either & not even empty the bin.
