Other than that I really like staying there. I always stay there when I am in Leeds.
Pros:

It was very clean

Cons:

The alarm going off at 4am in the morning. The staff was unable to shut it off. My sleep was disrupted and had to get early for my appointment.

It's my autistic daughter safe place.

Cons:

At 4 15 Sunday morning some idiot set off the fire alarm and it woke the hotel and my 9nyear old autistic daughter was distressed and she wouldn't go back to sleep so then I had the task of trying to keep her awake until bedtime not happy .

Not the Ramada quality that I expected …
Pros:

Good location for travelling north

Cons:

Room cleaning is an issue here .. and the internet does not work properly, no connection easily in reception and none in room even with the BTWifi which I subscribe to and it says it uses… poor quality for a new hotel🤔🫤

Great location, but actual hotel could be much better. Also, staff need customer service training.
Pros:

Great location. Joined onto motorway services. But peaceful location with nice walks, greenery, scenery and even a kids park. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Reception staff very unfriendly. Couldn't even crack a smile out of them. The corridor carpets are dirty and should be hoovered. The toilet flus is hard and slow. Difficult for adults to use let alone kids. The shower also slow.
