Large room, comfortable bed, air conditioning. Restaurant in-house for evening meals and drinks.
Nothing to dislike.
The property has very nice rooms, the staff are accommodating when requested rooms in quieter areas.. very comfortable, good breakfast and bar.
Next to loads of restaurants and petrol station
The property hall are in need of an update with bleach stains on the floors, the rooms near entrance can been noisy on a night.

Great staff!
The room was very large, as was the bathroom; the air-conditioning was excellent; the location was ideal; despite being in a service area the view from the room was good; there were an excellent range of power outlets in the room. The location is ideal for a delightful evening walk either down to the canal or into Temple Newsam Estate.
The hot water wasn't as hot as I would have liked; separate water glasses would have been helpful.
Pleasantly surprised by the hotel at Skelton Lake services. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff very friendly, lots of parking. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice and excellent cooked breakfast. Only there for one night but impressed by the design of the building with "green" roof and curved roof blending in with surrounding countryside. R SPB viewing area as well. Lots of choice of foods inside services.

Rooms was nice and clean, service was on point, could have not asked for more. You got food places that you can go if you didn't fancy the hotel food

Unclean toilets, broken shower floor and even the corridors were untidy. Everything was untidy. I was really disappointed with the hotel.
