Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia!! El staff fue super amable con nosotros, el hotel es precioso y las habitaciones igual. Fuimos por 4 días y estaba super bien conectado, super cerca del centro y seguro. Precio muy razonable y hotel super moderno. Tenían también sección de minibar en la habitación lo cual fue un detalle de parte del hotel.
A demás cuentan con bar y sauna, también muy recomendada!!

Cons:

Pedimos cama doble y no nos la pusieron.
Al tener el suelo completo cubierto de alfombra, cada vez que se quedaba el cuarto cerrado mucho tiempo olía mal.

Very pleasant stay!
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to tram and the trains which were within walking distance. There are loads of cafes and groceries around. The staff were very welcoming and proactive. The room was ready before I arrived and they were very helpful in letting me check in earlier than my allotted check-in time.

Cons:

I had asked for a king bed, however, I later realised that the bed was actually two twin beds together. The was slightly uncomfortable as it kept moving apart when we were asleep.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, and the heated bathroom floor was a really nice. The staff were helpful – when we ordered food to the hotel, they kindly let us borrow cutlery. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, we didn’t really notice the noise, so it wasn’t disturbing at all.

Cons:

We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to turn on the bathroom lights, which was slightly inconvenient.

Pros:

Comfy beds. You will have the best sleep there. Super clean. The wardrobe was large enough. The bathroom was good as well. The room had all the facilities a hotel needs.

Cons:

It was a bit cold during the night. Seemed like the AC was not working propely sometimes. The staff were polite, but not all of them spoke english.

OK for a short stay, but we were unlucky with a construction site in front of the building.
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and while the hotel itself was OK, we were a bit unlucky with the timing. There was a strike of public transport (and the walk to the center is quite long) and we also had a construction site in front of the hotel. Luckily it wasn't too loud, but still an inconvenience. Additionally, the hotel didn't serve breakfast at the time and we had to go to another place for that (recommend Frau Hoing arond the corner!). As we are going regularly to Berlin, we are trying different hotels all the time, but this one didn't convince us to come back.
