Smell, dirty

Breakfast was waffles,ceral, coffee, no fruit or juice, my room curtain is nasty, killed 3 cockrouches in the bathroom definitely wont stay here agaon

Its okay. However the entire building smells sour.

Property was a little run down on the inside. Staff was nice though.

Needs a better smell for all the carpet

The 1st room given had a humidifier in it. The 2nd room the A/C unit was leaking inside and the room smelled like mildew. Stepped on 2 Roches. Not a good experience. I will no longer use this hotel.

I wanna request a refund the hotel flood and we went without any running water on the last day.
The rooms were dirty the sheets were dirty. The towels were dirty.

I always enjoy staying here. It’s my go to hotel.

I always enjoy staying at the Sleep Inn. My only complaint is they need to fix the juice machine, it’s been out of service over a month.

I have nothing negative to say I only stayed for one night and for a small stay the place is perfect. There was some stains here and there. That does not mean it was dirty. It's a budget hotel it's not something fancy that you paid a whole lot of money for so they're obviously not going to throw curtains away because there's a stain on them or pillowcases away because there's a stain on them for what you pay it's a very decent place. There was a power outage the morning of checkout so my experience wasn't necessarily fantastic the next morning but it was the day of checkout I felt like they had enough problems on their hands dealing with people that were probably going to complain they were doing everything they could to resolve the issue. It was some kind of electrical problem. It did very much impact things like the elevator and morning breakfast. But that has no bearing on my review as that's not something that would obviously happen every single day. The place itself seemed pretty clean I didn't see one bug. The hallway smelled a little mildewy. But I always bring my own air fresheners when I go to a hotel so my room smelled great. The only negative thing that I can really say is the air conditioning probably needs to be replaced in the room that I was in. It worked but I have that thing set 68° and there is no way it was below 75 in that room. Other than that for the price that you pay very decent place

Staff is nice. They don't clear rooms daily. Its a decent place to sleep.

Excellent customer service!

My stay was awful!! Good thing I'm a local and was able to return home around midnight. The roaches were awful!!! I couldn't remain. I would like to know how to go about processing a refund request. I don't care to have a voucher because I don't ever see myself returning there and will not allow my family and friends stay there.
