Das Zimmer war mit 23 qm für NY wirklich großzügig. Das Bad war neu gemacht und nicht zu eng. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und war wirklich sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und frisch, die Auswahl für die USA durchaus gut.

Hotel carino proprio sopra la fermata della metropolitana in zona tranquilla a mid town. Camere e letti comodi.
Personale molto gentile. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma in hotel c'è un bar dove si può fare.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per new York.

Excellent location in Flatiron district. Top-notch service and very friendly staff. Favorite spot to stay in the city.

O hotel é muito bom

The staff at Park South were amazing! Super accommodating and thoughtful - especially Mohamed at the door and the manager of the Rosehill Rooftop bar.

We have stayed in many hotels in NYC and this is one of the best. The quality is outstanding, particularly for the price. It has the style and atmosphere of a small boutique hotel -- the rooms are very clean and staff goes out of their way to help you. I have gone with my husband, and also for a girls weekend, and the stay was excellent for all visits. The on-site restaurant and roof top bar are great, and you can walk to several excellent coffee shops. It is on a quiet street and walkable or convenient to both uptown and downtown locations. Most impressively, I left my laptop in the room on a recent visit and they e-mailed me almost immediately that had it safe and had it back to me with two days. A very high level pf customer service!

Location was excellent. Near the 4,5,6 uptown, downtown train station and walk to midtown (about 1 mile or 20 minutes away.) Room size was adequate, but on the small side. Asked for a fridge, since it was not in the room; when asked they came quickly with one. I also asked for ice and they provided a bucket of ice right away. Staff was nice and the lobby was clean. I asked for a upper level room and did not hear any street noise. The week we were there the rooftop bar was too hot to enjoy due to the heat and Canadian smoke.

The room was nice and they were helpful with the upgrade. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived. The F&B was very limited with very lacking breakfast and the coffee shop had a person who always seemed upset for some reason. The location was fine but probably not as great as when we stayed in east village. Better for new people for New York and more lively. The staff and front office staff were a little disappointing. When we checked out not one person helped us with our bags or even offered. We had a late check out and we heard a staff member yell to a colleague saying yay they have gone out of room xxx. We were also yet to check out and they had already placed a happy birthday on our door for the next guest. Not great given we hadn't gone yet. Also as an exploring you get a 2pm check out always, but no one told the room key or the wifi which cut off promptly from our rooms. But not from my phone access.

Our first impressions when we walked into the hotel weren't the best. I initially thought it felt quite dark and didn't have the "wow" factor I was expecting. However, that opinion quickly changed once we reached our room.

The room was absolutely immaculate, beautifully presented, and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in at any hotel. It really exceeded our expectations.

As we explored more of the hotel, we discovered the wonderful restaurant, the lovely little café, and the stunning rooftop bar – all of which definitely had the wow factor we'd been looking for.

What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was warm, friendly, welcoming, and couldn't do enough to help. Their exceptional service made us feel right at home.

This hotel is a real hidden gem, and we're so glad we stayed here. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will definitely be returning.
