This hotel was absolutely amazing!
When we checked in, the staff on the desk were so helpful. They gave us a list of nearby restaurants and arranged for our bags to be taken to our room.
The room was lovely. Beds were super comfy and everything was clean.
Location wise we were really close to train station to get anywhere we needed to go.
The door staff are truly some of the sweetest people I've ever met in NYC. Every single one was so friendly and kind. They treated my kid like a rockstar which he loved!
Overall I fully recommend this hotel and hope to be back some day

Really enjoyed our stay at Park South Hotel, flatiron district is a good location for accessing other areas of NYC and there were plenty of amenities nearby. Hotel staff were very welcoming, helping with luggage and recommendations. Always took the time to chat about what we'd been doing each day and speaking away to our wee boy who is 8, and was having his first trip to a big city. The hotel was clean, stylish and very comfortable. The rooms were a good size with plenty storage space and power sockets. Aircon/heating worked well and wasn't too noisy. Common areas are lovely, with a relaxed atmosphere. I felt the stay was decent value for the area. All hotels here seem to have resort fees, but with this hotel they were reasonable, and you were allowed bottled water whenever you wanted, and wine was served some nights. Also you get a couple of tokens for a drink in the bar. The WiFi was included and worked really well when we used this with phones, tablets and a Nintendo switch. The TV worked well with a good range of channels, not that we used it much. The room included a good sized safe which was also easy to use.

Location, staff and coffee shop was great.
Room was grand, when you’re in NYC you are not in the room.
Very clean and staff so friendly. Chuck front of house went above and beyond for me and my family. Transfers that I booked on booking.com (desperate service) from
Hotel to airport let us down last minute and chuck sorted everything out for us. Very grateful for him. Thank you 🫶🏼

Terrible, could get a better hotel with this price. Noise level is high, not enough amenities were provided, not so responsiveness and helpful staff.

The Park South Hotel is a perfect example of true hospitality, kindness, and humanity along with the highest professionalism. My husband and I have stayed at the Park South Hotel regularly for many years. We love its size, location, rooms, and most of all its staff. On a recent stay, my husband had a very serious medical emergency. The Park South Hotel staff rallied to help us in a myriad of ways. We especially want to mention Chuck, Krystal, Diego, Mohammed, Barbara, and Yaya, Francesca, Ernesto, and John. Thank you!

Great location

The park south hotel was great! Location was steps from the 6 train and conveniently located close to the action but not in the middle of it. Staff was absolutely wonderful, Horace was so friendly! Hotel was clean and they have great amenities. No complaints!

Good location

Had such an amazing stay. Front desk was so sweet and when I told them it was my girlfriend and I's anniversary they placed gifts in our room and made it very special. They gave out free waters as well when other Hyatt's I've stayed at charged 5$ a bottle. The two ladies that work at the front desk are amazing

I would never stay anywhere else. Park South is SO delightful and the staff could not be better. The spaces are funky and relaxing; the design is beautiful everywhere. The location cannot be topped. Everyone at the hotel is friendly, easygoing, helpful, efficient and warm. I feel welcome from the second I walk into the lobby. Krystal at the front desk is just magical and makes everything perfect.

Terrible customer service. I made my original booking of 5 days all at around $275 per night. Later I went and ADDED one day to the end of the reservation. I was NOT explicitly informed that this would TRIPLE the cost of the first night. I only found this out when I checked out that my adding one night to the end of my reservation changed my original rates, substantially increasing them. If I had known this would happen, I would have surely not altered my original reservation, but just added another one-night stay. The management REFUSED to honor my original prices. Yes, I should have read my confirmation emails, but I assumed the prices would remain the same (or in the same ballbark) because all I did was ADD a day. Good customer service in good faith would have not overcharged me like this.

Lovely stay at the hotel every member of staff very friendly and the room was fantastic ( recommend booking an ADA room as larger than standard ). Location fantastic 500 yards is the subway and access to everywhere you’ll need. A huge thank you to the staff for there help during storm Hernando and making sure our extra days was hassle free.
