Don’t stay here. The staff are helpful but it’s not enough

The staff was really helpful

Cons:

My room smelled really bad and I tried another room and it smelled worst. We lost power for a day too

Need a place to sleep, this place is ok. If Cigarettes smell bother you then this place is no bueno.
Pros:

Convenient location to many food spots.Not far from a lot of the Amazon work.

Cons:

Stayed on the third floor, reeked of Cigarettes despite the sign saying no smoking inside. Smoke smell would seep into my room and disturb me.

Awful experience
Pros:

Awful experience. Air conditioning thermostat did not work so it was freezing when we ask they said a tech could come to turn it off. There was no blanket in the room , so you have to go to reception and ask for one. Carpet was dirty and smell like old and moist

Night and day!
Pros:

"I’ve stayed here before, but the recent changes are absolutely incredible. The property feels brand new. But the real game-changer is the service. The staff is more attentive and friendlier than ever, and you can really feel the difference under the new manager. They’ve clearly put a lot of heart into these upgrades, and it shows in every detail.

Amazing
Pros:

Michelle is the most amazing manager and has an excellent team. Rooms are very clean, beds are super comfy, but my overall experience was made by Michelle and her staff, so friendly and accommodating!

Feels like being home!
Pros:

Location is conveniently located close to major highways and interstate. Many good restaurants and entertainment are very close! Michelle and her staff go above and beyond to take of anything you need. They make it very difficult to say goodbye at the end of your stay. It’s like leaving your close family behind! The rooms are very clean and well maintained.
