위치도 직원분들도 매우 편하고 좋았습니다.

Cons:

본관이 연식이 있다 보니 세면대 녹이 슬어 있었습니다. 부품만 교체하면 되는데 그 점이 아쉽네요.

Beautiful and relaxing.
Pros:

Such a beautiful view of Haeundae beach. The Cimer Spa facilities were so lovely and relaxing.

Cons:

Room service and the restaurants/cafes were all expensive for what you get, however that’s to be expected for a 5 star hotel.

Incredible hotel in a spectacular location.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Great hours of operation with great food choices. Plus the view of the ocean!

Cons:

We didn’t like that we couldn’t have our infant with us at breakfast. We wanted to eat breakfast together as a family.
