Our stay at your hotel was excellent. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and in a fantastic location. Even though we didn’t request full daily housekeeping, the staff always changed our towels, emptied the garbage, and anything we needed for the room or requested from the cleaning staff was taken care of promptly.
The breakfast was excellent, offering both Asian and Western choices. I especially loved the egg station, where they prepared a delicious egg pie with vegetables and cheese. The cook who served us was very friendly and always wished us to enjoy our meal, which made breakfast even more pleasant.
Aside from these two experiences, the customer service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff and everyone we encountered were welcoming, professional, and always greeted us with a smile.
I can honestly compare this hotel’s design, cleanliness, and location to the Fairmont in Whistler, Canada. Of course, one is a mountain resort and the other is a beachfront hotel, but they offer a similarly high-quality experience.
One suggestion that would elevate the experience even further would be to provide complimentary infused water (with lemon and cucumber) by the pool, along with a self-service tea and coffee station, similar to what Fairmont offers.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. With just a few small improvements to the guest experience around closing times, it would be close to perfect.
The only area that could be improved is the customer experience around closing times. At breakfast, staff came to our table around 9:40 a.m. to remind us that breakfast closed at 10:00 a.m. While I understand reminding guests when only a few minutes remain, doing so 20 minutes before closing made us feel rushed and unable to relax and enjoy our coffee.
A similar situation happened at the pool. I entered around 8:20 p.m. and was immediately reminded that it closed at 9:30 p.m. Again, while I understand the need to inform guests of closing times, mentioning it as soon as guests arrive can make them feel unwelcome rather than encouraged to enjoy the facilities.
Perfect hotel. Amazing spa and pools
We love this hotel. Great room for a couple vacation. Amazing location and view
Nothing
위치가 정말 최고로 좋았습니다 친절한 직원분들도 좋았구요 ^^
시설이 조금 오래되긴 했어도 아쉬운 점은 별로 없었어요
Beautifully located along Haeundae Beach, Busan (South Korea), this hotel has fantastic ocean views and facilities. We stayed in the Annex building (the newer building) overlooking the ocean on a higher floor. The gym was excellent (views from the treadmill overlooking the ocean and mountain surrounds was amazing) as was the beautiful outdoor pool and spa with great views too. Staff were very professional and friendly. Service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bedroom was quiet.

Paradise Hotel is an exceptional hotel. Initially we first booked the Main Building, but for personal reasons we need a separate walk in shower. They were kind enough, at an additional fee to move us to the other part of the hotel.
Rooms are spacious in both parts of the building. Clean and very comfortable. Bed super comfortable and clean linen. Serviced every day to perfection.
Staff are extremely kind and efficient, even with the language barrier.
Thank you to each and every staff member at this wonderful establishment.
Nothing
Good location, with beach view. Nice staff.
La ubicación
Por el precio pagado podría dar un acceso mejor, por ejemplo, al sauna masculino y no con un cobro extra
