Clean, comfortable, great location

Close to a lot of things
The bed was uncomfortable
The location was perfect because it was 5 minutes from family's home. There were a variety of restaurant options. The outlet mall was 15 minutes away with lots of shops. Breakfast was hot and good.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels. For the most part it was an enjoyable stay.
One of the women that worked at the front desk was completely rude. Our home and everything in it burned to the ground so we kept extending our stay. She got rude about us not having them clean the room as if we were hiding something. Then on separate occasions asked me and my wife why we were staying so long. Then she had the audacity to ask if we had anything in our room to start a fire. As if we set our house on fire. So it would've been a a great stay except for this one lady. If I knew her name I would put it on here but she was white with light brown hair and her eyes were different colors or something. And she wore scrubs every time I saw her.
Spacious rooms, comfy beds.
We had difficulty finding it because there was an accident at the intersection we were supposed to to turn left at, we drove around the accident and then were lost. Once we located the correct street we could see how easy it would have been to locate the Confort Suites.

Room was a bit small and there was a lot of loitering outside the hotel which didn’t make us feel very safe.
