The evening kickback,the hot breakfast and the rooms were clean. The staff were exceptional.

Pool was down
Right off the highway. Beautifully decorated. Nice meals. Short stay on the way home was very relaxing and was able to take advantage of the pool. Very enjoyable!!

Maintenance needed. First impression last. The handle on the back entry door was hanging upside down and only held by one bolt. Not a pleasant odor (but was the food for dinner) when checking in.
I originally booked this hotel because the ratings were good and I wanted a pool and a hot tub.
We arrived at 9:30pm and the pool closes at 10pm but online it said 11pm and when we got to the pool it was closed and front desk said it was closed for the night. Then the worst part, I go to lay down in the bed and the sheets are extremely dirty and had a stain on them, shower looked like someone urinated in it… it was dirty and disappointing and front desk just handed me a set of sheets, no comforter and basically didn’t care about anything else and I have kids with me so I didn’t want to move rooms due to them already being asleep.

comfortable beds. good food, friendly staff.
We stayed at drury in Lafayette indiana it was why we decided to stay at your facility. Disappointed in louisville the bed was not comfortable the a/c rattled loudly the toilet stopped flushing on night two and overflowed we had to use all towels to soak it up. We had to go use the lobby bathroom in the morning and lastly we received no housekeeping between day1 and day 2.
