Excellent service and great location
Pros:

Extensive hotel with very nice lounge areas as well as various restaurants. We ate in 4 of the restaurants, the food and service was excellent every time. Good location to base yourself in Marrakech. Overall really enjoyed our stay here

Den Preis nicht wert
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut.

Cons:

Haben mit zwei Kindern zwei Zimmer reserviert mit dem Wunsch, dass die Zimmer möglichst nahe zueinander sind.
Die Zimmer waren in zwei verschiedenen Gebäuden ca. 100 m auseinander. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Da eine Konferenz in der Stadt stattgefunden hat war das Hotel hoffnungslos voll, das Personal heillos überfordert. Der unkoordinierte Kampf am morgen um einen Frühstückstisch zu ergattern sowie das warten in der Schlange für einen Kaffee aus der Maschine war einem 5 Sterne Hotel absolut unwürdig. Teilweise wurden Gäste neben einem regen Durchgang platziert.
Es sind noch viele andere Schwachpunkte, welche das Hotel nicht mit 5 Sternen auszeichnet. z.B Balkon 🙈
Hier zählt nicht Qualität sondern Quantität!

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
Cons:

Le non-respect de ma réservation (lit King remplacé par des lits séparés), le service très lent et le manque total d’attention du personnel.
Personnel peu réactif et pas attentif aux demandes des clients , Inconfortable à cause de la mauvaise configuration de la chambre (lits séparés au lieu d’un lit King).

Great experience with a child, super kids club
Pros:

The room was at the end of the hotel, near the adults only pool. Very calm and quiet.
The kids club was fabulous !!!

Cons:

The big pool and main restaurant were busy and noisy.
Not always easy to have the concierge service on whatsapp.

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La gestion des transats à la piscine . Les gens se ruent dessus , les réservent à l’aube en y laissant leurs affaires .. pour finalement n’y venir que dans l’après midi . Le personnel de piscine est trop laxiste avec cela et devrait l’interdire .

Superbe expérience.
Pros:

Maigres la bousculade a l occasion de l événement GITEX en ce moment a Marrakech, le séjour, l accueil et l organisation étaient excellents notamment les services du responsable commercial du Movinpick Mr Lahcen.
Une belle expérience a revivre.

I really appreciated the spacious design of the property, the peaceful ambiance, and the beautiful outdoor areas. The gardens and overall setting create a relaxing environment that truly captures the essence of Marrakech. Despite being a large hotel with around 500 rooms, it never feels crowded. What also made it extra special was the presence of peacocks, the sweetest cats with names, and even roosters wandering around like a little confident family, adding a unique and charming touch to the experience.

Cons:

Only a few small details—such as some electrical plugs and minor maintenance touches—could be improved. Nothing significant, but refining these elements would enhance the overall experience.

Las piscinas y el desayuno.

Cons:

Tuvimos inconvenientes de corte de luz y que las cerraduras no abrían con la llave y tuvimos q ir 3 veces a la recepción ( que es lejos de las habitaciones Deluxe) y ni siquiera así venía alguien. Hasta q dimos con alguien de limpieza y nos abrió. El servicio y bar de piscina lento y muy mala la comida. La ubicación es a media hora caminando al centro.
