Personnel top! Emplacement
Hôtel agréable, avec des chambres propres, confortables et bien entretenues. L’emplacement est également un vrai point positif, notamment à proximité de M Avenue.
Dans l’ensemble, un bon séjour, mais certains services pourraient être améliorés pour être vraiment à la hauteur du standing annoncé et surtout de la concurrence qu’il y a à Marrakech.
Quelques points sont décevants pour un hôtel 5 étoiles : la piscine est assez petite par rapport au nombre de clients, donc rapidement bondée. Le petit-déjeuner est également assez limité et basique pour le standing attendu d’un 5 étoiles.

La piscine, la restauration, l’espace des chambres, un hôtel familial, kid club, les enfants ont adoré.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We absolutely loved the hotel, from the beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities to the delicious food. Everything was well presented, clean and maintained to a very high standard.
A special mention has to go to Lehcan at reception, who really stood out during our stay. From the moment we arrived, Lehcan made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in was quick and efficient, and they took the time to give us a great tour of the hotel, explaining everything clearly and making sure we knew where everything was. Their warm, friendly and professional approach really set the tone for our stay.
All the staff we encountered were helpful and welcoming, and it was clear that providing guests with a great experience is a priority. We enjoyed the food, made the most of the facilities, and felt relaxed and well looked after throughout our stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel we would happily recommend to others. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning!
