le nettoyage/ ménage du balcon n’est pas effectué.

Expérience décevante concernant la chambre. Malgré la réservation d’une chambre avec vue et ma demande faite à l’avance sur Booking pour une chambre calme, orientée sud et ensoleillée, j’ai obtenu l’inverse : une chambre très peu ensoleillée, face à un équipement bruyant, avec une ventilation particulièrement sonore dans la salle de bain. Malheureusement, aucune solution n’a pu être trouvée.

Le check-in a également été très long. En cas de réclamation après avoir vu la chambre, il faut pratiquement reprendre toute la démarche et patienter à nouveau, tous les agents étant déjà occupés. Plusieurs clients semblaient d’ailleurs rencontrer la même situation.

Lors de chacun de mes séjours à Marrakech, je tiens à revenir au Mövenpick, notamment pour le confort de l’établissement ainsi que pour la qualité exceptionnelle de l’accueil et de la prise en charge, dignes d’un palace. Cette expérience, très différente des précédentes, m’a donc véritablement déçue.

Concernant l’espace d’accueil, l’ancienne entrée constituait, à mon sens, l’un des véritables atouts du Mövenpick : elle était spectaculaire, notamment avec sa grande porte coulissante qui s’ouvrait sur l’hôtel. J’ai donc trouvé dommage que l’accueil ait été déplacé vers un espace plus ordinaire, qui offre une arrivée moins marquante et fait perdre une partie du charme de l’expérience.

La propreté pourrait être mieux mais c’était sympa quand même

L’emplacement proche de tout et le personnel est incroyable

Cons:

La propreté des douches, odeur des refoulements, le fait que la piscine adulte autorise les enfants quand même, nous avons vu des cafards également et du coup ce n’est pas ce à quoi de m’attend lorsque je prends un 5 étoiles.
