Excellent and friendly staff.

Travelled with 2 young kids, 5 and 2, who were kept busy at the kids club. The staff at the kids club were very accommodating. This allowed us to visit the city at leisure and without any hassles.

Stayed at the family suite which was more than sufficient for our family. Rooms were maintained and cleaned regularly.

Hotel facilities such as swim pools, spa, and restaurants were up to the mark.

Would travel again and highly recommended for families traveling with young kids

Absolute top-notch hotel with incredible facilities and stunning suites. Everything about the property is beautiful, but what truly elevates this place to a unique, 5-star experience is Lahcen, the Guest Relations Manager. From smooth check-in to final checkout - and every moment in between - Lahcen took care of us completely. He regularly checked in on us throughout our stay and paid meticulous attention to every little detail. His thoughtful, personal touch made everything feel effortless and genuinely unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!
