Pros:

Ho que j aimerais remercier tout particulièrement.
Monsieur Lahcen qui nous a préparé la chambre avec des petites attentions pour mon fils qui fête ses 20ans . Cela nous a beaucoup touché. Tout le personnel est à l écoute et aux petits soins.
Pour moi c'est le plus beau hôtel du monde.
Car nous avons l habitudes de voyagé.
Même en c est pas aussi beau !
Nous qui sommes Suisse.

The perfect place from which you can explore Marrakech….the location of the hotel,the room was very pleasant,cozy and clean.
Amazing stuff specially Mr Lahcen was very friendly and helpful as usual he try his best to give us a comfortable stay 🌺♥️

Tinha tudo para ser bom, mas a baixa qualidade do serviço de quarto e wifi estragaram tudo

Quarto espaçoso, bom blackout e cama confortável.
Restaurantes do hotel eram bons, em especial o Marroquino. Boa localização.

Cons:

Wifi de baixíssima velocidade e instável, péssimo para um hotel de Congresso de trabalho. Precisamos usar nossos dados para trabalhar.
Serviço de quarto terrível. Primeiro dia precisava de mais cabides e água. O telefone do quarto não funcionava. No cartão do quarto constava que era para fazer pedido por um whatsapp, contudo o sistema não funcionava direito (fechava o pedido como se tivesse sido entregue sem ter sido entregue). Reclamei até aqui no booking e não tive resposta. Depois de mais de umas 3 horas tivemos que ir até a recepção para pedir o que precisávamos, falaram que iriam arrumar o telefone e enviar os itens solicitados Dia seguinte, quem limpou o quarto esqueceu de deixar água e somente deixou uma toalha (sendo que o quarto foi pago para nós dois!). Novamente: telefone sem funcionar, novamente whastapp sem funcionar, novamente reclamei no booking e novamente tive que ir até a recepção para solucionar. Somente dois dias depois do check-out entrarm em contato pelo booking dando um email de contato para "resolver a situação o mais breve possível". Inacreditável.

A perfect location for our annual firm retreat.
Pros:

Overall the service and facilities were impeccable. Particularly Mr Lahcen Abahri of customer relations and Ms Amal of the Spa were courteous wonderful hosts.

Great hotel. We were there for a special occasion and we very much plan to return.
Pros:

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Hotel Room (spacious, clean, water provided etc.)
Staff (couldn't be more friendly and always happy to help)
Decor and Design (the hotel is designed very well, some stunning features particularly the entrance on the left up the stairs, pool area very nice also)

Cons:

There was nothing I would say I did not like.

I rarely would take the time to write a review but the hotel was for us a 10/10 so there genuinely isn't anything to add here.

The staff was excellent . Especially Lahcen who tended to my other requests . For an extended few hours departing .
Pros:

The property was convenient for the meetings . The room size was great and the layout was good .

Cons:

I had messaged so many times that my bedside lamp was not working and my hot water wasn’t working and in 5 nights staying there they never came to fix it .

pleasant stay in very nice hotel
Pros:

It's a brilliant place with a perfect location for those attending conferences in the next-door conference centre. The staff were very friendly (Lahecen Abahri, the relationship manager, was excellent). The breakfast buffet is huge, and it's very relaxing to have breakfast outside.

Cons:

Room wasn't clean - especially the tiny balconies. Chairs were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages.
