Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 11h30, après nous avoir fait patienter nous avoir pu avoir notre chambre 1h après environ, sans aucun supplément ! Merci aux personnels et particulièrement Najwa Boukhalfa qui nous a fait faire le tour de l'hôtel et nous a vraiment tout très bien expliqué ! En attendant la chambre on est allé manger au bord de la piscine, dès que la chambre était dispo, elle nous a contacté sur WhatsApp et nous a apporté elle-même les cartes de la chambre au restaurant.
Petit-déjeuner très bon avec beaucoup de choix et ouvert pendant très longtemps (de mémoire de 6h jusqu'à 10h30!).
Piscine extérieure chauffée très agréable. Serviettes régulièrement mises à disposition. Il y'a également un coin "piscine" réservé aux adultes.
Nourriture et cocktails bons, que ce soit au niveau du restaurant au bord de la piscine ou au bar.
Thés très bons dans la boutique présente dans l'hôtel !
Odeur très agréable au lobby.
Chambre correcte.
Nous avons pu faire le check-out vers 13h sans aucun problème.
Hôtel bien situé, 5min de taxi et vous êtes au centre.
Tous les jours de 17 à 18h, il y'a un mini stand avec des chocolats (très bons) à disposition.
Une certaine lenteur du personnel/service, notamment au restaurant proche de la piscine...
Chambre bien mais sans plus, un peu vieillot par endroit.
Réveillé très tôt par les bruits de coqs ou de paons je ne sais pas trop... c'était juste à côté de notre chambre. Isolation phonique avec l'extérieur est à revoir.

Lovely welcome , beautiful reception and gorgeous fragrance through your the hotel . Adult private pool with Peacocks was very relaxing . Lovely shower room .
Breakfast was chaotic . Busy hotel with not many cleared tables to sit down . Lots of the buffet needed to be replenished even by 9am. Pool side restaurant was really chaotic . Waited ages for drinks and food and many customers complaining . Stressed. Waiters and chefs with lack of any management direction . Friendly staff though and beautiful maintained gardens
Tout était parfait. L emplacement est top tout est à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Très bonne literie. Mention spéciale pour lahcen qui a était au petit soin du début à la fin. Il nous a envoyé un message pour préparer notre arrivé un message pour notre départ pour s assurer que notre retour c est bien passé. Lahcen était très disponible pour nous satisfaire. Le reste du personnel est très professionnel. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Il y avait un petit problème au niveau des transats sur les réservations le matin, mais le personnel a fait le nécessaire
The Decor
No air conditioning in the room they put us in the building next to the pool. All we could hear was children screaming. Kept being asked where we African or Jamaican (highly offensive)! And the waiter Yousef got aggravated that we didn’t understand him. It was nice but I would not stay again.

Everything about this property was top tier- from the welcome we received, the tea at reception, to the treats that were left in our room on arrival.
They definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I didn’t like how crowded and messy it can get with the restaurants (breakfast, buffet and pool), the staff had difficulties in coping with such number of guests although they did their best and it was clear!
