Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, les chambres sont élégantes et très confortables, et les services sont irréprochables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour de qualité. Mention spéciale pour Lahcen qui a été excellent pendant mon séjour .

Nous avons absolument tout apprécié : le cadre est magnifique, les lieux sont d'une propreté irréprochable, et la chambre est spacieuse, élégante, très confortable et parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour inoubliable.
Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : copieux, délicieux et très varié, avec un large choix de produits de qualité.
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Une mention toute particulière à Samira, la responsable, pour son accueil attentionné, ainsi qu'à Asma à la réception pour son sourire et son efficacité. Merci également au personnel de nettoyage, toujours souriant, discret et disponible.
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !

j' ai passé avec mes amis un fabuleux séjour au sein du Movenpick et l'accueil était parfait.
nous avons été prises en charge par Mr SALAH EDDINE ET L' équipe de l'accueil. rien à dire.
professionnels et très gentils.

alors juste une petite remarque dans la chambre et la sdb:
Pas assez de lumière dans la chambre et dans la sdb manque le miroir grossissant avec sa lumière, c'est très important.

Worth staying, great staff and faciltites good location.
Pros:

Pools, spa, and breakfast were great, lovely, and helpful staff. Nosh restaurant was excellent we went twice.

Cons:

The rooms are getting a little old. There was no face/makeup mirror in one of the bathrooms; it seems to have broken off.

An Outstanding Stay – Peaceful, Spotless, and Exceptional Service

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Marrakech and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit.

The location is excellent, making it easy to reach Marrakech’s main attractions while still offering a peaceful environment to relax. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s beautiful atmosphere. The gardens are meticulously maintained, the pools are inviting, and the overall setting creates a true sense of tranquility.

A special thank you to the reception team and specially Basma for kindly upgrading us to a suite. It was spacious, elegant, impeccably clean, and, most importantly, incredibly quiet. The soundproofing allowed us to enjoy restful nights, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with our twin babies.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Both the suite and the common areas were spotless and very well maintained.

What truly made our stay memorable was the service. Every member of the staff we met was welcoming, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay.

Overall, Mövenpick Marrakech exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, a peaceful atmosphere, and an ideal location in Marrakech. We would be delighted to return on our next visit.

The massage in the sopa
Pros:

Travelled for a short golfing break with some close friends. After a tiring golfing day in the heat it was delightful to come back to Najia who did a rejuvenating legs massage at the spa.
