I absolutely loved the service, the warm welcome, and the overall comfort of the hotel. The location and proximity to everything were perfect—everything was truly top-notch.

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport with great choices of restaurants within the premises and also around it

The greenery of the property, lovely heated outdoor pool and polite and helpful staff.
The guest liaison officer was particularly very helpful and on hand to answer questions
Lahcen Abahri was really supportive.
The facilities were great. Swimming pools were lovely. Rooms were big and ok.
The breakfast and the staff at breakfast were lovely with lots of variety.
From the check inn we were not told anything about the breakfast or the facilities in the hotel. We were just given our room card and room number.
We were just told there were two pools. Which infact there were 3 plus a spa.
The room was nice and spacious, however the toilet didn’t work and was very rusty.
The staff at the pool bar are extremely slow, we sat there waiting for service for a very long time, when I told a manager of the situation, instead of taking our order she began shouting at the waiter. This didn’t happen once, the staff were slow on a number of occasions.

The staff at the facility were amazing, however id like to single out a special individual “Lahcen Abahri” who made our first time stay in Marrakesh effortless, from the initial contact when we reached the airport and the tour of the hotel to providing advice and guidance throughout our stay. Will definitely come back again…..thanks Lahcen.
