Aniversariante encantada e feliz
Pros:

Passei um final de semana com filho e marido no TRYP apenas para comemorar meu aniversário que era no sábado. Quando cheguei a recepção na sexta, me deram um upgrade pra quarto vista mar e já fiquei encantada e grata e no sábado, deixaram-me no quarto um bolo com champagne. Fiquei muito feliz com o atendimento e serviço do hotel e especialmente dos funcionários da recepção. Parabéns e que continuem assim.

Cons:

As toalhas da piscina estavam todas jogadas num saco grande azul que mais parecia um saco de toalhas já úmidas e usadas porém, o funcionário me direcionou a usar estas toalhas. Parecia meio abandonado a gestão das toalhas.
