Pros:

La habitación era cómoda,con una cama grande y cómoda,con luz,enchufes cerca de la misma.con ventana al exterior.con cafetera express en la habitación y reponían las capsulas de café todos los días. Un lindo gesto que supimos aprovechar.
Me gustó la ubicación,cerca de todo. Ideal para moverse caminando o transporte público cercano

Cons:

El baño un poco justo. Pero con bañera y ducha con buena presión de agua. No tiene bidet.
Tiene una ventana al exterior.

Excellent hotel in Nice city centre
Pros:

The hotel is located in a villa in Nice city centre, at walking distance from all city attractions. The room we stayed was nice, spacious, comfortable and with all necessary equipment.

Lå i den gamle bydel tæt på alt.

Cons:

Mange af byens restauranter havde kun åben 19 til 21. Lidt stressende.Har selvfølgelig intet at gøre med hotellet, de havde kun morgenmads resturant.

The location is perfect. There are many restaurants in the walkable distance.

Cons:

The air conditioning is not working properly and there’s water leakage issue in the room. The room is pretty old style with old carpet. The bathroom is tiny and old. It also doesn’t look that clean. Water pressure in the hotel is not stable and small. The pillow is extremely uncomfortable to sleep with. You can clearly hear the noise coming from the corridor. There are quite some improvements of this hotel for the price.

Расположение , все в пешей доступности и пляж и центр Ниццы, замечательный завтрак: яйца варить сколько хочешь ( всмятку и вкрутую) омлет , дыня, соковыжималка апельсиновый натуральный сок, овощи , молочная продукция ( йогурты, сметана ) а сыры просто вау , а так же сливочное масло французское просто обалденное с солью, овечий сыр, чаи вкусные , нарезка Прошутто, кофе в автомате очень вкусное , может что и забыла упомянуть, но завтраки очень вкусные! В номере чисто , полотенце меняли каждый день , вода на ресепшене наливай сколько хочешь и какую хочешь( с газом и без) и сиропы на выбор . На ресепшен Анна и Карине на все вопросы отвечали все рассказывали и помогали ! Большое им спасибо. Буду в Ницце снова остановлюсь в этом отеле ! Благодарю весь персонал ! Merci beaucoup !

Generalnie było super! Polecam ten hotel!

Moj pokój z balkonem i widokiem na wodospad w oddali był bardzo przytulny. I wszyscy pracownicy wyjątkowo mili!

Gutes Stadthotel (mit Potential nach oben)

Gratis Wasser und Sirup in der Lobby war super!
Die Lage ist für uns perfekt gewesen, man kann alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Shopping, Altstadt, Promenade) zu Fuß (alles in 15min) erreichen, aber auch die Straßenbahn war direkt daneben!
Das Personal war sehr bemüht.
Das Hotel sieht außerdem von außen wirklich toll aus! Nespressomaschine und Kapseln am Zimmer waren auch toll.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer (also mit 2 Koffer schon eine echte Challenge!)
Das Badezimmer war renovierungsbedürftig (Wände streichen etc). Teppichböden im Zimmer finden wir immer semi...

Lage und Personal top,
unser Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon,
an der Rezeption gibt es gratis Erfrischungsgetränke und Strandtücher,
Late Check Out um 14 war möglich,
vor dem Hotel genug Platz zum stresslosen Ein- und Ausladen,
Hotel von außen ein wahres Schmuckkästchen

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad sehr renovierungsbedürftig:
alter Teppichboden,
vergilbte Badewanne,
Wände so dünn, dass man Gespräche aus Nachbarzimmer hört,
Klimaanlage verbreitet unangenehmen Geruch
