Posizione ottima per visitare sia la parte storica sia la parte moderna della città. Staffa molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Onestamente la camera era molto umida e faceva molto caldo, il condizionatore funzionava male.

Ich mag das Hotel wirklich sehr, das Frühstück ist super, die Lage perfekt. Das Team ist nett, allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass mir vei einer Buchung von mehreren Nächten ein ruhigeres Zimmer angeboten wird.

Cons:

Ich hatte diesmal ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Lift, das ist wirklich laut, sogar mit Ohropax. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass mir z.B. aktiv ein anderes Zimmer (meinetwegen auch gg. Aufpreis) angeboten wird. Sehr schade - das habe ich beim letzten Aufenthalt anders erlebt.

Cons:

Trop cher, chambre très petite, la terrasse ne sert à rien en cas de pluie, la penderie qui s'ouvre très mal, et niveau pdj très déçu,les croissants même pas cuit correctement, le café n'était vraiment pas bon, trop bruyant. Très déçu pour mon séjour

La mention de parking privé est à revoir. À notre arrivée on nous dit que le parking est plein et payant pour la nuit, de plus il nous est explique que le parking est une demande à faire à l’établissement. Ceci n’est nullement précisé lors de la réservation…

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Städtetrip, da man sehr nah an der Altstadt und der Promenade des Anglais wohnt. Das historische Gebäude ist wunderschön und die Zimmer trotz der geringen Größe sehr ruhig – man kann gut schlafen.

Cons:

Der Service lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere die Interaktion mit der Mitarbeiterin Karine beim Check-in am 15.02. （ca22:00）war inakzeptabel. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, eine Lösung für unser Parkplatz-Problem zu finden, begegnete sie uns mit absoluter Ignoranz und Kälte. Ein sehr schlechter Start für ein ansonsten schönes Hotel.
