Дорого за эти деньги
Pros:

Вторая девушка на ресепшн 14 июля очень старалась нам помочь, мы ей очень благодарны.
Семья из 3 человек. Мы специально забронировали номер для 4 человек, чтобы места было больше в номере. Но по факту номер маленький, негде разложить чемоданы или нужно перепрыгивать через разложенные. Сын ночевал на втором этаже, лестница наверх узкая и крутая. Будьте аккуратны.
Да, отель снаружи и общее пространство красиво, но номер нам достался маленький на самом входе в отель. Поэтому красоту отеля мы не ощутили.

Cons:

С нас до заезда сняли в за месяц до заезда 448 и за неделю до заезда 448 евро. Всего 896 евро бронь за 2 суток. При заселении в отеле на ресепшн
с нас взяли снова за все проживание за 3 ночи. 896 евро (бронь) сказали вернутся в течение 2 рабочих дней. Мы прожили в отеле 3 суток деньги не пришли. Прошла неделя как мы съехали из отеля, но деньги так и не вернулись. Не знаем в чем причина.

A hotel that is very close to everything and everywhere.
Pros:

Everything was so nice the best thing was that the reception was working 24/7 and that there was water cold, normal, sparkling and ice that you can always take that was a good thing bc ita so easy for us to fill every time we run out of it, and ofc another nice thing was that we could leave the room key to the reception this was just so easy for us bc we didnt have to think abt where to put the key.

Very old facility and very small rooms. Value for money was below expectations and some of the staff are “cold” and not very willing to help or cooperate.

Świetny hotel w centrum. Mozna wszędzie dojść na piechotę. Śniadania podstawowe, ale można się najeść.

Cons:

Łóżka były trochę nie wygodne. Pierwszy raz aż tak bolały nas plecy.

Tripla troppo piccola e costosa

La posizione eccellente e la gentilezza di Claudia alla reception che con la sua professionalità e gentilezza ha saputo risollevare il nostro soggiorno.
Il parcheggio . Letti molto comodi.

Cons:

La stanza tripla al piano terra non è realmente agibile per 3 persone, mancavano asciugamani e cuscini per 3 persone ma quando lo abbiamo fatto notare subito il receptionist è stato sgarbato e ci ha ignorato. Fortunatamente il giorno dopo altre due ragazze sono state professionali, dandoci una tripla comunque piccola ma con un po' più di agio.
La colazione ha poca scelta, ma di qualità.
Alcune parti dell'albergo richiedono ristrutturazione.
Il prezzo è davvero esagerato e sproporzionato rispetto a quanto offerto
