Nice clean place to be in Paris for respectively reasonable price. Very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast is 13 euro which is very good price for Paris and to have variety of choices. Very close to the hotel you can find also nice restaurants, some of the best burgers and the location is also very good in terms of transportation.

Cons:

My personal preference will be also to have so hair conditioner in the rooms.

This is one of those exceptional 3 star hotels many of us look for.
Pros:

Delightful, helpful staff. Rooms are not large but well equipped, comfortable and light. The air conditioning worked well, which was important as the temperature was 30/90 degrees plus. Breakfast was good and generous. The street outside, although apparently a through road on the map, isn't noisy. There are good, reasonably priced restaurants very close. There is an enclosed garden at the rear.

Cons:

One very small thing - lack of air conditioning in the breakfast room.
