Believe it or not, I would not stay again.. because there are other comfortable hotels, with coffee.

The rooms are perfect, comfortable, sensibly laid out, quiet, bed comfortable, very clean.

Cons:

My only beef with the hotel was (no pun intended) the food.. or lack of it. If you get in late, and don't wake up on time, there is not only no breakfast (OK).. but NO COFFEE. And even when it's available, you have to purchase it at the bar. At a hotel of this caliber, I shouldn't be told I have to drive down the street to Dunkin Donuts when I come downstairs for a morning pick me up...

Pros:

Reservation was a hassle and did not honor my online reservation. I was charged twice for the room. Now I have to clean up this administrative mess.

Hidden costs thrown at you when you're too tired to argue.

I went to Trifago with a rate of 107. After tax this was to be $124. Then check in person said another 20+ for "extra". So now I'm out $150. She didn't even show me the bill. I will never go to your hotel again, I am tired of these surprises on cost. Wifi did not work until the late evening
