Never again will we stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast had a nice variety of food and the manager or attendant did a great job keeping everything tidy.

We booked a King room and they moved us to a 2 Queen room. The desk agent said they were full and that was all that was available. The furniture was beat up, stained and looked like it came from a Garage sale. There was 1 tv in the bedroom area, not in the large sitting area which looked like it used to have a tv you could watch if not sitting in bed. Our toilet did not flush properly and we could not use it during the night. They did bring us a plunger. Will not stay there again. Also, the lobby and the room had a funky smell.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. During my stay, I used the laundry machine provided for guests, and it completely ripped my shorts. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, the employee simply told me that the machine was “new,” which clearly didn’t seem believable based on its condition. Instead of trying to help or take responsibility, they just dismissed the problem.
On top of that, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. My room was dirty when I checked in, and the entire hotel had a very unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable.
I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope the management seriously improves maintenance, cleanliness, and how they handle guest complaints.

I didn't like that housekeeping was rude , need Better Internet service , it was going in and out on the top floor and the beds are super hard .

This property needs an upgrade. Compared to other Comfort I have stayed in this was the worst. It making me consider staying somewhere else for my next planned trip.
