Pros:

Conforto, localização.

Cons:

Tamanho do quarto. Embora tenha pagado mais para obter um quarto com vista, pessoal do check-in nos colocou em um apartamento apertado. Embora tenha sido apenas uma diária, poderiam ter visto o histórico (nossa quarta vez no hotel), e colocado em um local maior.

lovely hotel with even more lovely staff!
Pros:

A lovely newly-renovated hotel opposite the Palace of Culture and Science. What impressed me most is the friendliness and the competence of the staff. Paulina at the reception helped me with everything from booking spa treatments to helping me with the work station that I found also really great.
Our room on the 6th floor was very spacious albeit it was a loud in the morning because it was situated next to housekeeping. The bed wasn't very comfortable I'm afraid--it was too hard for my back. But the room was lovely and clean and again the staff were just wonderful.
I used the sauna, the spa facilities, and also the "office" space at the lobby which was very helpful. Location was great--about a 30 minute walk to the Old Town, and lots of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was a little too pricey but cafes close by.
