הצוות בקבלה היה מאד נחמד אך נתן מיידע לא מדויק. נתנו לנו כתובת של בבית קפה טוב במרחק ,לדעתם, 10 דקות הליכה. בפועל הלכנו כחצי שעה וכשהיגענו לא היה שם בית קפה. או שאמרו שעלינו לסע בחשמלית מספר xxx כשזה היה אוטובוס ויש עוד דוגמאות

Molto vicino al centro e alla Torre Staliniana. Personale molto cortese e professionale. Ci hanno fatto sostare l'auto gratuitamente nel parcheggio proprio alle spalle dell'hotel molto comodo.

Superbe hôtel pour super séjour.
Pros:

Lieu magnifique, personnel très accueillant et avec de bons conseils, très serviable avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Le petit déjeuné est très copieux. Situation géographique très facile et proche du centre ville touristique, des transports en commun.
