I enjoy my stay at this location, aside from check in, everything else was good.
Pros:

I liked the room, the breakfast, especially the coffee machine in Lobby area.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I arrived a few minutes early and was waiting for check in time for my cards, but instead of calling me over, they just took everyone ahead of me.

lovely visit to the area and would stay at the hotel again if ever in that area

I thought the breakfast was fine. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was fine. Booking.com was a nightmare. Thank goodness for the staff at the hotel they navigated me through the problems I was having with booking.com

Not enjoyable.
Cons:

We asked for an upper level room with our booking (we booked one that said it had a view) and instead were put on the lower level right across from the housekeeping room with only an outside view of bushes and the ground. We experienced loud noises and people running up and down the hall outside of our room until late at night which made it difficult to rest. It was very disheartening because we were really looking forward to our trip and the hotel experience was very negative due to the room location.

We made it work but I won’t go through booking.com again.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Breakfast refills were staggered so we had to eat our meals in stages.
Scrambled eggs were watery.

My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed. I booked this hotel because of them. We even called ahead of time to make sure they were open because this has happened to us before at other hotels. We tried to get our money refunded or at least reduced but they wouldn’t budge.
