Melbourne Trip to visit the city, museums, for food and coffee!!
Pros:

Wonderful experience in Melbourne especially stay in Quest, close walking distance to CBD. Will visit and stay in Quest again.

Was fairly central to everything. Front desk friendly

Cons:

Lounge not comfortable no room service, as in no fresh towels, tea,coffee, milk not filled and bed not made.
Rooms not very sound proof

Had a great stay in Melbourne and the Quest Southbank is somewhere we would stay again if we were going to an event at R
Pros:

Dominic at reception was extremely helpful with checking us in. Location was good and close the Rod Laver Arena. There also is a Supermarket within walking distance.
The cafe next door to hotel came in handy while we waited for Hotel to open.

Cons:

We liked everything.
Be aware that depending on what side of the hotel you stay in you might be looking at construction site from the balcony.

Amazing location, staff & room.
Pros:

Property staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all questions and needs. Very spacious apartment with plenty of room to relax.

Cons:

Only let down was the bathrooms.

Clean comfy close to all we needed. Friendly helpful team at reception. Easy drop off and collection

Cons:

Shower in the bath and having to step up to get into shower.
