The very loud noise of construction early on a Saturday morning. Very loud Jack Hammer noise before 9am on a Saturday morning

Pros:

Great location, everything was clean new and tidy, the included breakfast was better than expected.

Cons:

Very minor, but the ironing board was broken so had to iron work shirts on the floor

Great apartment for a stay close to Arts Centre and Southbank
Pros:

Great location close to Arts Centre, restaurants and cafes. Very clean and quiet, all facilities needed for a longer stay. Staff were very helpful.

Location was excellent, Very roomy 3 bedroom apartment that met all our needs

Location was excellent, Very roomy 3 bedroom apartment that met all our needs, Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Only problem was the Air Con unit was very noisy in the room from the outside unit, still worked though we just had to turn it off at night,
