Important information:

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.

A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.

The health club opening hours are as follow:

- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00

Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.

Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. We had a lovely room on the first floor. Close to the spa. The outdoor hydro pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice at the buffet or you could order from the menu. The breakfast is well worth it.

Great accommodation, stunning location on the river
Pros:

Classy hotel, all facilities top notch, luxury feel to it. Great atmosphere at the Fishers Bar, excellent staff and food

A pleasure to stay at the Kingsley, definitely recommend it to everyone, location fantastic!!!
Pros:

The ambiance was fabulous, the location on the banks of the river beautiful, the staff were so helpful and friendly. We dined in the bar restaurant and it was lovely.

Cons:

No dislikes, it was a great experience to the hotel.

Pros:

The thermal pool outdoors was very nice, food was very good.

Cons:

We went to the bar on Saturday night but unfortunately the were a big group of people from the travelling community and they were very loud and totally disrespectful to others, they were vaping, drinking and shouting. So we have left, as we couldn't enjoy it.

Short stay, one night but 4 rooms, staff very accommodating!
