Important information:

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.

A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.

The health club opening hours are as follow:

- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00

Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.

Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Relaxing environment and great location for exploring the city.
Pros:

Love the view overlooking the Lee. The breakfast is great as well. The leisure center is a nice plus and we enjoyed using the whirlpool and outdoor pool especially. It’s a quick walk to Victoria cross to catch the 208 into the city centre which is handy. ( we used to stay on macCurtain street because it was handy to walk to the centre but the bus makes this location convenient.(. Having on site parking is FANTASTIC.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The staff were just great. There was an issue with our check-in (the room was delayed for almost 2hrs) but the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us a free breakfast and drinks voucher which we used to sit out in the sun, by the river. It was absolutely gorgeous and such a great buzz around. Finally, the pool and spa was lovely, especially the outdoor pool which was just a treat in the sun! 😍

Cons:

The late check in was difficult with an 8 month old but the staff really made up for it!

Great place to stay in Cork weather just passing through or as your main destination.
Pros:

clean and comfortable . Location was wonderful and able to walk along the river Lee into town.Close to the Shaky Bridge which was really fun and a must see.

Cons:

we loved the walk into town, but it was about 40 minutes so for people who wouldn't be able to do that long walk they might want to stay closer to the market/main city area.
