The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.
A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.
The health club opening hours are as follow:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00
Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.
Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Loved the location. Walking friendly to Cork. The hotel offered everything to a coffee and wine bar to restaurants if you don’t want to leave while also being walking distance the the heart of Cork. All around wonderful.
Apple Maps originally took us to a different location around the block labeled Kingsley hotel. AC didn’t work in our room.

The location was unbelievable! The breakfast especially the French toast was unreal! The little mango yoghurt pots 👌Also, the view of the river at breakfast was fab. The bed was so comfy! The bathroom products were 👌 The location was superb right on the track running along the river Lee! But the BEST thing was the staff! Especially Genivive (Jenny). Will definitely be back! Also the hotel has bikes free of charge to use with helmets!

I didn’t have breakfast as over 160 euro was more than enough for stay.
I stayed as I wanted to use the hotel pool overlooking the lee… the staff in gym were lovely -
I mislaid my swimsuit - made reception aware- it took weeks for a reply -
The sheets on the bed were marked -
The staff felt they were oil marks - I don’t think so - however I can’t be sure - all in all - disappointing

A really good location. You can walk via the riverside parks into Cork. Quick Uber home if you are tired. The location is lovely for a jog or walk along the river Lee. Facilities are good. The gym is outstanding in terms of equipment.
Need to update the showers in the rooms. But otherwise really good.
Could put some more hooks or a towel rail in the bathroom if they want you to use your towel for more than a day.
Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, clean. Parking on site. Quick check in. Good sound proofing. Complimentary water machine. Plush carpets.
Issues in the bathroom. Toilet flush broken. Shower didn’t drain at all.. bathroom flooded straight away and do v quick shower. Silverfish in the sink.
Reception staff didn’t seem interested in our issues.
