The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.
A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.
The health club opening hours are as follow:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00
Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.
Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was beautiful and had a beautiful view. The food was amazing.
The policy for pets being allowed has changed. They are no longer allowed. This was our go-to spot and our dog Minnie loved it. We are very disappointed that we can no longer stay here.

We stayed in a twin room,it was a really good size & the bathroom was lovely.

Very clean and spacious room, had its own A/C and could also open the windows for fresh air. Was very charming and cosy with an old-world feel. The breakfast was delicious and substantive - worth the price, and with a beautiful view. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
Our room didn’t have a mini bar/fridge, however the staff were super accommodating in helping us keep some essential medicines cool in their staff fridge for us for the duration of our stay. Other than that, it was wonderful and would book again!

Exceptional service from arrival to departure. Great location overlooking the river, with great facilities and beautiful decor. The service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was very tasty. The friendliness of the staff complimented the beautiful hotel.
The staff were all so so lovely helpful a great location a lovely stroll in to the city or bus outside every 8 min . It's such a comfortable hotel to laze around and the pool outdoor snd leisure facilities great

No music in the bar at nighttime, hotel was very quiet which meant it lacked atmosphere. The decor of our river view room was very dark and bathroom was very dated. Disappointed with our room which we paid extra for to have a river view.
