Important information:

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.

A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.

The health club opening hours are as follow:

- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00

Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.

Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great hotel in Cork city - a must
Pros:

This is a great hotel in cork city - I love the fact that you can park the car there and they don’t charge you extra for that.

Cons:

Meals are very expensive.

from the min i checked in to departing the hotel i cud not fault anything and both myself and my grandson felt very comfortable in our room which was beautiful def recommend

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very friendly and nice

Cons:

I didn't pay 240euro for room only so I could spend my evening with the orange people. They completely spoiled the stay. I was hoping the hotel would offer a voucher or something. Even the staff acknowledged they had a problem with these people completely taking over.
