The staff was very helpful and the property was clean.

Cons:

The property was located near a train station. You could hear the trains coming and going all night. The beds were very hard.

Hotel cómodo y muy bien ubicado

La ubicación, cercana a Hammersmith station. Metro directo a Heathrow.
Calle comercial con muchas opciones. Bonito barrio, hacia el puente.
Habitación limpia, con baño amplio, camas cómodas.
Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue la activación de una falsa .alarma de incendios a la 1:45 am. Sonó dos veces y quedamos sin poder dormir un rato. Siendo positivo, al menos no hubo incendio

Le confort de la chambre. Le calme à l'intérieur de l'hôtel bien que l'hôtel soit rempli.

Cons:

La proximité du métro par rapport à la fenêtre. Pas de frigo dans la chambre, déjeuner limité. Bagagerie manque de professionnalisme, pas de vérification des numéros.

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości, super lokalizacja

Świetna lokalizacja pomiędzy dwoma liniami metra, spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, wiele sklepów i knajp w pobliżu (łącznie z polskim sklepem Mleczko i pralnią obok, która nas podratowała). Wygodne i bardzo czyste pokoje.

Cons:

Najsłabszy aspekt obiektu to ciemne lobby z bardzo brudnymi fotelami (poplamiona tapicerka) oraz słabe śniadanie. Myślę, że powinny zostać też wymienione czujki przeciwpożarowe na mniej wrażliwe (a kary za palenie w pokojach zwiększone), bo zapalony przez jedną osobę papieros wyrwał z łóżek niepotrzebnie masę osób o 1:40 w nocy.
