I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth and professional.

The room was very clean, and I was especially impressed with the bathroom and fresh sheets on the bed. Everything looked well maintained and hygienic, which made my stay comfortable.

Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food and fresh options. The dining area was clean and well organised.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good service, cleanliness, and a nice breakfast.

Habitación para gente con problemas de movilidad, recepción amable, desayuno incluido, cerca del TUBE

Cons:

La limpieza - cuando lo hacían - bien pero saltaron más de un día sin que yo lo pidiera. La alfombra y la silla en el cuarto estaban sucios cuando entré y no lo solucionaron hasta pasado dos días, y el internet dejó de funcionar y tuvimos que quejarnos varios para que lo arreglaran.

-Breakfast is good.
-Access to the Hammersmith underground station is convenient (5 minute walk)

Cons:

-Our room was not very clean. In particular rhe carpet was very dirty.
-it was noisy. We stayed at the first floor where you can hear the underground everytime it went by which is every couple of minutes from 5am until 1am.
-The sofa bed for my kids was uncomfortable.
-The price was expensive for this type of property.

la pulizia , l'ampiezza, le dotazioni della stanza ed i letti molto ampi e comodi. Buona colazione intercontinentale.

Cons:

Essendo sul lato nord dell'edificio purtroppo si sentiva il rumore del treno.
Hammersmith è un quartiere molto carino ma molto decentrato rispetto agli aeroporti Ryanair.
