Not entirely accessible but passable
Pros:

Great location only a few minutes walk from the underground station. Lots of shops, pubs, restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy. Good size rooms. Included breakfast which had plenty of options and decent quality. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent pressure for the shower. Accessible room was laid out well for wheelchair user.

Cons:

Although there is an accessible ramp for entrance, to get to the ramp, you have to go into the road, so not safe. Emergency pull cord was tied to above head height so not safe. Breakfast area is quite tight and wheelchair users would struggle at busier times.

Pros:

Clean. Good location. Staff good. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

The room was cold. Despite following instructions to the letter thermostat and heating not operating. Just a small wall heater set on 18 degrees which I think is penny pinching policy.

Lovely, perfect for the needs of our trip.
Pros:

The location of this accommodation was perfect for our visit to the Hammersmith Apollo Theatre; within walking distance.

Cons:

Breakfast could do with a little bit of improving. Generally ok though.
