Important information:

Please note housekeeping service is not included on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2 forms of ID may be requested for same day bookings. At least one photo ID which will need to match the name, address and car rego of the guest. If two forms are not presented, staff can cancel the booking or request a $500 bond.

Daily inspections will be conducted if the guest is or is not present and extensions will not be granted without one. Including any new bookings made overnight. Do not assume you have an extension if you have made a booking online overnight.

Bonds must be paid by credit card and will be returned within 5 working days. Staff may accept a cash bond but the guest will have to supply their bank details for a refund within five working days.

Bonds will be retained to cover any damage, noise call outs and evictions, if keys are lost, rooms require extra or deep cleaning (stains, extra rubbish, dishes not clean and put away etc).

We have CCTV and are good friends with the local police and have a contract security presence on site.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Fabulous weekend in Mandurah
Pros:

Great location, spacious, loved the garden patio and peaceful.

Cons:

Mattresses are rather soft, but that's a personal choice.

Great break away in a great location
Pros:

Plenty of space and everything you would need for a long stay. We only stayed a couple nights but could have happily stayed longer.

Cons:

Could have done with clearly marked recycling bins outside. ( unless we missed them ) no food recycling bin that I could find.

Brilliant location, very comfortable apartment.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment at no extra cost even though we booked for two people. It was spacious, clean and everything you needed. Washing machine and tumble dryer was a great addition. The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality bedding.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, clean and tidy.
Pros:

Handy to all the areas we visited.
Great to have the pool to cool off in the afternoon.
Having the laundry facilities in our entrance.

Cons:

Perhaps the laundry location could be better explained. Only realised it was there as the neighbouring room used it and we heard it.

Pros:

Loved how close we were to the Canal and the access we had to launch our paddle boards. It was also nice to have a shaded parking at the apartment back door. Enjoyed the view of the garden.

Cons:

That there are no toilet downstairs.

Excellent stay for a holiday. Location perfect and quiet. Overlooking canals
Pros:

Location is perfect can walk to town and other convenience stores 3 min walk away ! Clean . Pool . Jetty’s. Lucky enough to get an upgrade too!

Cons:

We have visited here on and off for 25 years- so we obviously like it very much

Great spot near the ocean
Pros:

Great location close walk to beach and an IGA market near as well. Great setup with the apartment. Had everything you need. Bed was comfy, wifi was solid. Laundry. Free parking.

Cons:

The apartment was joined like a duplex and I had a few different neighbors in that time of my stay. One of the neighbours on the last night had their TV so loud I could hear it up in my unit quite loudly. But apart from that. It was a great stay.

Lovely birthday stay along the canals
Pros:

Beautiful location and very clean apartment and pool area. The staff were very helpful over the phone when I requested a late check in and provided all information for when we were arriving. There was some maintenance on the pool and spa area but the staff informed us we could still use part of the area and were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Mandurah.

Cons:

Extremely small parking spaces made it difficult to unpack our bags and worried about hitting the cars next to us.
