Important information:

Please note housekeeping service is not included on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2 forms of ID may be requested for same day bookings. At least one photo ID which will need to match the name, address and car rego of the guest. If two forms are not presented, staff can cancel the booking or request a $500 bond.

Daily inspections will be conducted if the guest is or is not present and extensions will not be granted without one. Including any new bookings made overnight. Do not assume you have an extension if you have made a booking online overnight.

Bonds must be paid by credit card and will be returned within 5 working days. Staff may accept a cash bond but the guest will have to supply their bank details for a refund within five working days.

Bonds will be retained to cover any damage, noise call outs and evictions, if keys are lost, rooms require extra or deep cleaning (stains, extra rubbish, dishes not clean and put away etc).

We have CCTV and are good friends with the local police and have a contract security presence on site.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I will come again.
Pros:

I was very happy with my room. I would consider going back. It was chilled. Stormy Sunday but I felt safe. I went to a rest & to relax which I achieved. Thank you. The receptionist was a delight.

Tight parking spots.

Lovely neighbourhood but rather small apartment.
Pros:

Located at a very chill neighbourhood. Love how we could walk to the bay, groceries, restaurants and bars! The washer and tumble dryer were a plus. Service team was very prompt in reply and helpful throughout our stay. Bathroom is clean and all amenities worked!

Cons:

Ground floor unit was small. We were subjected to occupants at level 2 banging the entrance door several times in one evening and talking rather loudly despite notice to limit noise level. Lighting was not at the right place for dining in the room. Carpark space was tight even for a medium car.

A very enjoyable and comfortable weekend getaway.
Pros:

Close proximity to the foreshore and shops. Enjoyed the outdoor garden area. Pool and spa were well maintained.

Cons:

A downstairs toilet would’ve been good and convenient otherwise no fault with the property.

Would not stay again expensive waste of money
Pros:

Was not at all like the photos provided
We were in a corner room with a small veranda and a view of a building site so not at all relaxing to sit in the afternoon as also a busy road to the left and people walking along the road could see right into our bedroom if we didn’t close the curtains
