Alles in allem ein sehr unschöner Aufenthalt, den wir gewiss nicht wiederholen werden!

Die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt nah am Wellington equestrian Center gut.

Cons:

Durchgängig unfreundliches Personal, das Zimmer wurde bei einem Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen nur zweimal gereinigt und das auch nur auf energische Nachfrage. In einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich auch nicht unbedingt das Frühstück von Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck essen zu müssen. Und dann noch vom Personal angefahren werde, ich solle dieses nach Benutzung selber in den Müll werfen. Alles in allem ein sehr unschöner Aufenthalt den wir gewiss nicht wiederholen werden!

Spacious rooms, easy check in, good location
Pros:

I liked the ease of checking in using the app. You can do digital check in and choose your room. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and clean. This place has everything I need for a business trip.

Cons:

Breakfast is typical of any place like this.

Great location but needs updating
Pros:

Breaksfast was good. The pool area beautiful. The staff very friendly. The location is excellent and near some great restaurants. We went to Franco ItaLIAN AND IT WAS VERY GOOD.

Cons:

We usually love HAmpton Inns. But this one showed wear and tear and the bed was very uncomfortable. Not up to the normal Hampton standards. The reason we usually pick Hampton Inns is because of the bed. They need to get new mattresses at this one.

Pros:

Ok, I have at LEAST 100 nights of La Quinta’s under my hotel belt. I have stayed in LQ from California to Georgia to FL. THIS LQ is by far then ugliest , dirtiest LQ and possible hotel I have ever stayed at. Live and dead bugs in the room. LQ HQ do something about this place ; either knock it down or remove the LQ name

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend
Pros:

This was by far the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. There was loud construction happening on nearly every floor, with workers constantly coming and going. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable — especially traveling with children and dogs.

On top of that, when I tried to get water in the middle of a 100+ degree Florida day, there was none available anywhere in the hotel. I went to the gym to fill my water bottle, and the water tank was empty. When I called the front desk, the employee gave me attitude and told me it might be refilled later tonight or tomorrow. Thankfully, it was refilled late that night, but I find it unacceptable that a hotel charging over $300 per night didn’t have water available during extreme heat.

The front desk experience at check-in was also terrible — the staff was rude and made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Between the construction, poor customer service, and lack of basic amenities, I would never stay at this location again and do not recommend it.

Pros:

This is a decent hotel. However, we were there for 1 night and we were there to REST before a big event we had at night time. We tried to rest but there was construction happening at the hotel RIGHT ABOVE our room was grinding and soooo loud. It was awful :(

This was my second stay at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean, Quiet, and in a very nice upscale location. Will definitely return.
