The staff was great! Our room smelled of stale smoke and the shower was very small. Dinner and breakfast were great!

We had booked a room for my birthday and we were amazed at how spacious our room was. The Sunday dinner was exceptional, compliments to the chef and all the staff that made our stay so memorable.

Slightly misleading photos , I thought we were somewhere a bit off the beaten track but actually v close to centre. On the plus side there was a lovely little spa which was very welcome after a long day cycling the TPT
Room was not very clean
Was not expecting dogs barking in mornings and running about the place room was ok but should have been a veiw and a shower not bath shower
This hotel has been left to deteriorate. Rooms are over priced with basic amenities. Lovely looking hotel but attention to upgrading rooms is needed

Me and my partner were overall happy with our stay yet we both agreed that a few things could have been better.
When we checked in we were told that the person helping us was unsure to give us free breakfast even though our room came with it .
We got checked in and made our way to our room, which was not the one that was shown in pictures , after heading down to see what could be done we were given a new room, the new room was great and we both loved it .
We found a few hairs in the shower but overall the room was clean.
Could use aircon but we were provided with a fan.
Also when checking in we weren’t told any information about times of breakfast or where it was.
More helpful information would have been useful.
Overall we had a good stay just a few things could have made it better.
Convenient location. It took both of us around an hour from different areas, to get to the Manor.
