WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! (BUG ALERT) Room:306
I traveled from upstate New York 9 1/2 hours with my 10 month old son, so in reality it was 12 hours with stops. My boyfriend booked this hotel once we were about half an hour away, we got there, all showered, son fell asleep finally turned lights off and there were COCKROACHES crawling out by the sink/fridge area. I immediately took a picture and went to the front desk while my boyfriend packed up our things and son and I was told “there is nothing we can do you have to contact third party and my manger who isn’t here till morning if you want a refund” we immediately flipped out and told the Indian guy at the desk that cockroaches aren’t normal and disgusting and he just kept whispering bc of the other customers in lobby. We had to pay another $200 for a room so our son could sleep before being in the car the rest of the way to Florida in the morning. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COCKROACHES, NO HELP WITH COMPENSATION, WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A CLEAN PERSON OR IN GENERAL HONESTLY!!!!!!

Replace the mirror and kill the mold!
Pros:

Our room had a comfortable bed and couch, but there were some things that needed repair and attention. The mirror in our room was missing (see picture) and the shower stall had what looked like black mold and a shoddy repair (see pictures). We won’t be returning to this property.
