Great Value Hotel - Staff Not So Much.
Pros:

The price was excellent with what you get - the hotel looks dated from the outside but looks more updated when you go in the rooms. We loved how the rooms face the river with a balcony too. The included breakfast is also a big plus.

Cons:

Staff don't smile nor greet you - this is especially true with the night front desk staff when we were checking in. Not every welcoming. Parking was scarce as well and the lobby looks cramped and very dated. The elevator is dirty too.

Cons:

The staff did not allow me to take the hot water from the lobby but wanted me to use the microwave in my room. I never warm up water in the mirowave, which i always avoid.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. Loved our room with a balcony. Sitting outside just listening to the water was so relaxing. Will definitely be staying again on next trip.

Great value and beautiful relaxing mornings on the balcony.
Pros:

Private balcony on the river. Comfortable bed. Clean room and excellent daily room service. Good coffee and free expansive breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness of elevator and noise from street at night. My wife bought earplugs.
