Day staff was friendly and helpful. Evening staff girl was rather abrasive and made me feel like we were bothering her to do her job

The location is right on the main strip so very loud and loud cars all night but other than that the location is not far from the gatlinburg strip you could walk.

Decent family stay.
Pros:

It was a nice place to stay. I never had to worry about parking, and it was decent for what I paid.

Cons:

The beds were really hard. The location was okay in relativity to gatlinburg, but it is right on the main road so all the traffic noise it heard, hard to sleep at times. It is far for walking down the strip but there is trolleys so it depends on how you like to travel.

So many people looking for rooms...they do jot have to be nice

Staff not welcoming .....spoke with 3 different people while there...everything was an effort ...npt helpful in anything regarding the hotel.

Our original booking was cancelled by hotel and we did not find out til we arrived. On a Friday evening. We quickly booked again not knowing the area or being able to research. Cancellation went to our e-mail instead of text so we had no clue.
Location: On edge of town a way from downtown. We have limited mobility Could not walk to the sites Few resturants 1-3 near unclear if 2 were still open. Trout House was locally owned and provided good choice
Parking: Limited tight parking directly on busy road. It was well lite but once you parked you did not want to move the car
Noise: We had a room that had a door between 2 rooms and thin walls. We felt safe but people next door had kids loud noise and
TV on constant. They woke up early to watch sports. Loadly
