The balcony’s over the creek. Easy access getting in and out of parking. Very clean rooms.

Cons:

The faucet was set too far back in room 316 and everytime you use it water got on the counter and spread, washing your hands or rinsing out cups etc.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, location was unbeatable, value was 10/10!

River balconies (gorgeous), peaceful outskirts of downtown, quick drive up into the smokies, riverside fire pit!

Cons:

The pool area seemed a little lackluster but I didn’t care at all. Way too much to do and see to worry about a pool! Kids will be just fine with the pool.

Cons:

Came back to our room while our room was being cleaned and she had her kiddo with her, he ended up taking a 20$ bill from our room and we didn’t noticed until she told us and gave us the 20 back.😅

Beautiful view from room. Breakfast was great. And room was nice

Cons:

Pool wasn’t heated like stated in the description and noise from cars was loud since it’s so close to the main road. But overall it’s was great and will stay again in the future
