The property was nicely located. The value was very reasonable. The rooms were a nice size and the view was beautiful. Breakfast each morning was delicious
The reason my reviews are mixed is because our first night was dreadful. My daughter was awakened from her sleep because something bit her. Turned out to be a bed bug. I try to call the office no answer. We stripped the bed and awaited until early morning to go down to the office to report and have someone to come to the room. Our concerns were noted and we were refunded for the night and placed in another room. No problems in that room. I guess the most concerning thing for me is that my daughter skin was affected by it and we noted that another guest was checked into that very same room we just complained about. I’m not sure if they experienced the same issue because my daughter states that she saw the guest and management in the room after they spent a night in there. Upon the day of our check out my husband and I did see maintenance in the room attending to the mattresses. This should have been taken care of immediately after the first complaint no one should have to endure being bitten by pest when management is aware of a problem

I loved that rooms all have balconies. Listening to the water was so relaxing and the view was amazing.
I would have liked to have had access to the coffee machine that was in the breakfast room 24/7. The coffee was delicious. I am a big coffee drinker, no matter the time of day.
The gorgeous river view. It was in walking distance to all the amenities the town had to offer.
The indoor pool had an abundance of chemical. Burned several guest eyes while we were at the pool

Front traffic noise was awful, which doesn't stop until 2am. No transparency from the hotel website. The pictures and descriptions make you think it's a hotel, but it is motel. A hotel gives you a sense of security as the rooms are inside of the hotel building, wereas a motel has access to the rooms from the outside. We pulled up to the address given on the website, and had to call the front desk to verify that we were at the right location. This place is literally right on the road. We have stayed in Gatlinburg many times throughout the years. The description (advertising) made it feel new, and right by the Aquarium. It's not!!! False Advertisement
Amazing atmosphere and wonderful customer service everyone was very helpful and attentive
Very nice hotel. Staff made us feel welcome at first. One staff member was rude. We had returned after dinner and she was hanging outside with friends and she had a bit of attitude when we brought my service dog in which we had already registered her when we checked in.
