We stayed here last summer and loved it, but it seems to have slipped in quality this year.
Pros:

View, proximity to town, and parking were great.
Plenty of towels, toiletries, and coffee pot amenities
Regular cleaning/straightening of room
Friendly staff

Cons:

First morning's breakfast was picked over by 9:00 AM-very little to choose from, and there were several guests still eating at that time.
Electrical outlet between the beds didn't work.
Sheet had a permanent stain on it.
Gym was closed.
Son said the pool was dirty, and he wouldn't swim in it. He's 21 and not too picky, so that is saying something.

Overall was a good stay.
Pros:

Close to some attractions.

Cons:

Pool area needs some improvement. Housekeepers don’t knock on the door before opening even with the do not disturb/come back later hanging outside the door. We woke up early in the morning with someone about to entering in the room. It was very disturbing.

We stayed here to enjoy Dollywood and Gatlinburg’s Downtown. We enjoyed that it was close to everything so you can park

Love that it is right next to the river. The view was amazing.

Cons:

No bagels at breakfast but that’s about it! Everything else was excellent!

For the money not terrible but not great.
Pros:

The balcony and view. The breakfast was okay. The trolly stop was an easy walk. Car stayed cool underneath building once parked.

Cons:

Location so close to the main road with load traffic noise at night. The shower pressure was minimal. The only elevator had a terrible smell and seemed dirty and was small. Parking/parking lot was tight.
