The view was everything, it is even prettier than the pictures. The location is amazing, it is literally the first hotel you see once you enter Gatlinburg. The breakfast was so generous, and the room was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The hotel is located in a particular part of the mountain where all sounds echo. I don't recommend booking over the weekend because the car noise from the main road keeps you awake (believe me). But it was fine during the weekdays.

Nice Stay
Pros:

The location was goodt for walking and easy to catch the trolley. Rooms were very nice with a comfy bed. Loved balcony view and sound of the river. Continental breakfast had a good variety of food.

Cons:

The pool wasnt heated as stated. Outside traffic could get loud at times but a noise machine would take care of that. Neither would keep me from staying again
