Noisy location
Pros:

The staff was pleasant.

Cons:

Freeway noise was very loud. Our room was on the North side of the building on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to the neighboring Holiday Inn for the remaining 5 nights of our stay. I would recommend dual pane windows and maybe a sound machine in the room to sleep. Cumulus topper was well worn. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

I like the soap and how big the shower stalls are. I like how comfortable the beds are. I like the breakfast options.

Cons:

The fitness center is a little basic and the tiles around the pool and hot tub are slippery

I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Castle Rock!
Pros:

The breakfast was quite good,with a number of options. Everything in our room and throughout the hotel was clean and well-cared for.

Cons:

I got on wi-fi but was not able to use my iPad- nothing would load.

Very bad experience,
Pros:

Very bad experience, they made me extra transactions, and when I called to ask, they used silly excuses blaming me for doing damage to the room when I only stopped in that place to rest for a few hours, I recommend all customers of this hotel, check their bank accounts after receiving an invoice, because they send you a total and they take more out of your account
