The price gouging was absolutely horrible. I wish they hadn't done it because I'd like to stay at this location again, but won't because of gouging.

They double charged me and are taking their sweet time to refund me. I’ve called multiple times.
Close to the school we were visiting
The sink clogged up the next day, and my daughter found ants on the table with the little lamp

Beds are very uncomfortable. Front staff did not talk about amenities at check in. Front staff seemed inconvenienced at check out.
The staff were wonderful. They were helpful, friendly and polite. Nice area for family to gather in the main lobby. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Our walk-in shower looked newly renovated. There was a good size sofa sleeper in the room that look very new and was spotless.
The wooden furniture such as the dresser and desk were very worn. There was no microwave in the room! This is the first hotel I have stayed at that did not provide a microwave and we travel frequently. This was very disappointing.
The staff was nice and helpful.
Pool was out of service, ice maker on our floor was out of service. The shower door in our bathroom did not stay shut.

Stayed here a hundred times. Using Expedia, i got a room at a good rate after the hotel told me directly, they didn't have a room available
The room lacked adequate power outlets. No USB outlets were available.;
The location.
The hallway smelled the marijuana upstairs when we arrived at check-in we never said anything didn’t complain the very last day of our stay we were trespassed and accused of smoking marijuana with no evidence at all and charged for the c cleaning
Seemed to have a lot of people staying that was quiet, well appreciated. There was a restaurant, but did not order anything.
Small parking lot and wasn’t told about the snack machines or the juice bar. The shower door would not stay closed.
Nice shower - good area - Texas road house l, gas station and McDonald’s next door.

We stayed in this hotel last year and it wasn’t the same experience :( the beds were not comfortable at all, there wasn’t any body wash in the the shower bottle, the ice machine was broken, over all didn’t seem to be as clean.
Staff was great ! Stay was wonderful !
