The spacious room
The breakfast!
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Disability shower was configured awkwardly with the shower head on the long wall vs on one end. Shower didn't drain properly due to part of the shower being sloped away from the drain. There were four light bulbs missing or burnt out in various lights/lamps (they were replaced promptly). One ceiling fixture had no globe, just exposed bulbs. We had stayed at this hotel 10 or 12 years ago and it was super nice, now is seems a little run down, so we were disappointed.

Air conditioner in the room was so load we could not sleep, there was nothing for breakfast but some sausage gravy and some milk, ask for two extra towels and you have thought I ask for a million dollars was told I need to bring dirty ones to be replaced we had only used one of the two in the room was getting ready for church and I wanted to wash my hair and need a towel for my body and one for my hair, I started to take a bath and walk out butt naked and exchange the wet one for a dry one
Pool and lobby
Breakfast was not good ,no biscuits and I was down there're at 8am and stayed until almost 9 and no one brought any back or. Also the towels are not good they don't absorb water when drying off. The tub was nasty as well. the pool , the lobby were nice . I will never be back.
Great rooms in a great location. Staff was very friendly and disability access was great. Our room had a separate bedroom with a door, which was great for us. It was very spacious and the bathroom was completely accessible with a rollin shower.

Extremely dirty property. I am shocked at how nasty the sofas, sofa beds and bathrooms were. Please do not get the suite and sleep on the sofa it is nasty. And they refused to refund me after having paid for the suite and telling them I did not want to sleep on it.

The vibe was good in the lobby.
It was dirty. Our bathroom towels had hair folded up in them. Not just one but 2 towels and a rag.

Property use to be so comfortable. There’s a wet smell as soon as you enter. A/c did not work in room. This issue was fixed promptly. Only one staff was friendly. Swapping out towels and overall quality is poor. Property needs updating ASAP. Beautiful place just not very fresh. Not worth the money.

They really do not have breakfast for the guests. Therefore it is false advertisement.
