Location
The room had mold everywhere. We were only there for about an hour and we left. It was disgusting and unsafe.
The breakfast items tasted fresh and well prepared. Nothing felt like it had been sitting out too long, and everything looked appealing. It made starting the day feel easy and satisfying.
Was as expected for the amount paid. It was clean and a good location.
The AC unit in the room was ragged. It was so loud we cut it off.
We stayed more than one night and found the experience remained comfortable throughout. The room continued to feel functional and relaxing, even after settling in.
The designated pet relief area was easy to access and well placed. It made late-night and early-morning trips outside quick and hassle-free.
We needed help late in the evening, and the staff responded quickly and kindly. It was reassuring to know assistance was available at any hour. That added to our sense of comfort and safety.
I like the heater in the room and the location.
I didn't like having to wait 20 minutes for a desk clerk to show up.
The idea that these people are charging $140 for a room is insane. This is an $85 hotel at BEST. Where to start? First off, it’s old. Extremely old. Pees 3x a night, old. Elevator is a literal death trap. It actually rocks and makes aggravated clanking sounds. IT ONLY GOES ONE FLIGHT. Why does it sound like that. It scared the crud outta me. Used the stairs the rest of the time until I forgot about it - cause of all the rest of the place - and took it and was scared worse the second time.
The room was set at 78. That’s punishment. Why do you hate me? You hadn’t read this review yet. Tried opening the window… entire pane came off in my hands. I had to put the window back on, guys. Back ON.
Reception Lady was full volume listening to TikTok in the lobby. For color, Indian or Bangladeshi TikTok.
Everywhere you stepped felt like you might fall through. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Asked for bedding for the pull out and was instructed to take some pillows off the bed. And then she made me wait for them and not send them up. Which, whatever, but, cmon.
And I don’t know who it was, but a lady came over to me, said, “hold this,” farted and walked away.
Honestly, I think there was more but it was just comical. I would make this review less believable if I kept telling you how bad it was.
You know what, I want you to go. Go. See how bad it is. Tell me I’m right.
It was the kinda bad - how bad was it? - It was the kinda bad where maybe it’s a glitch in the matrix. The sim thinks windows open like that. Who knows. I’m excited for you to go check it out. I’ll leave the window off for you.
