Won’t stay here again!
Pros:

This property is old outdated and needs renovations asap! The value is not up to par! The pool area and equipment needs updating! The staff I hardly saw had to call each day for towels from front desk! Carpets in hallway are very spotted and needs deep cleaning! AC unit in room facing was cracked up and smelled mildew! Breakfast was hideous! Price vs Value did not compare to other hotel brands in the area! Also vagrant homeless people hung area! That wasn’t nice to see right out front!

Pros:

This place was quiet, soft bed and excellent price. Will definitely stay again.

Not worth any of times I have stayed

Cons:

The renovations where done by an amateur, my children fell on the uneven flooring and the rooms are not suitable for any site to truly book with, but when your homeless with 5 kids and don't have options you have to take it

I’ll never be staying in that location again. The entire bottom floor smells like it was wet

Would not stay here again

Customer service was good and prompt to check me in

Cons:

The hotel room itself was not kept. There were spiderwebs in the corner. I was walking on the floor with my socks, and my socks were dirty. There was hair in the bathtub. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. There was some type of wet liquid sitting under the remote when I picked it up, which was disgusting and the breakfast was really nasty and there was only 2 to 3 options.

The young man that worked the front desk was extremely nice.

The price of their room per night is way to expensive for the quality of the room.
Pros:

I didn't make it to breakfast during my stay

Cons:

The furniture in the suite areas are badiy stained and has a foul smell in all of our rooms. I reported it to the front desk and was referred to housekeeping. The next day housekeeping referred me back to the front desk. No resolution just a runaround. I also saw several roaches while there.

Very nice and clean and extremely comfortable
Pros:

He let us check in early which was greatly appreciated because we were exhausted

Cons:

The breakfast selection definitely needed more options on the food and the drinks. But it was decent although we chose not to eat there

Filthy Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was filthy from the outside doors, to the carpet in the hallways, the bathroom in our room had hair in the tub and in the floor (a lot), the bathroom door was dirty. We used Lysol wipes to wipe down everything and the wipes were black from dirt. The hotel also had an unpleasant odor, we had to spray lot of Lysol. We only stayed because every hotel I called was booked and I couldn’t get a refund even if I would have found something else.
