Location
Online, it was one price, checking out it was twice the amount advertised. Very disappointed.
Outside was clean and has plenty of lights outside. Most of the staff was friendly. They had security people which made me feel safer. I was able to take my little dog with me, and they had spots for him to relieve himself.
Had a handicap room but no one came in the whole time we were there to "clean" the room. We were there 8 days. I had to ask for clean towels. I was under the impression that if I wanted clean sheets, I would have to go to front desk to get them and change them myself. There was not a microwave oven or a small refrigerator.
It was a disappointment experience overall
Too much people doing drugs, alcohol, noise, extremely bad cleaning and always afraid of guests.

Everything about this motel is a ten + and the general manager, let me tell u ! This man works very hard !! TO make sure his guests are happy comfterable and we'll taken care of ! He arrived the gen manager, at the motel early am, and he didn't leave untill after 11pm !! That's 100% commitment ! The desk staff, they are outstanding ! They will do what it takes to make your stay memorable. And mark, Hes the best, I've got to mention him because he always made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. I'm a cancer patient just 31/2 months and it's really hard for my husband and I, he's very sick, so having staff treat you with kindness and respect is real important. Take care you guys ! I like that the property had a pool and that they had nice vending machines. The front lobby staff and security were awesome as well
In the morning of our last day, our privacy was really invaded by the maintenance team. My gf and I were in bed and she was fully nude and went to go open the blinds.being that we were on the 2nd floor and had a balcony it would be near impossible for any bystanders below or on the street to notice her naked. But she was frightened because there were two maintenance techs literally on our balcony pressure washing our personal balcony. This infuriated me because there was no way they should’ve been doing that during our stay and the only way for them to be up there was becuase they had an extension ladder on the outside railing. My gf felt embarrassed and humiliated by this. There was no pre notice that they were going to be there or anything . I thought this was so disgusting and such an invasion of our privacy that we paid for

Se ve buen lugar un poco limpio pero los cuarto están pésimos me salio una cucaracha y pienso q los colchones tienen pulgas por q salí toda llena de granos .
Todo el personal le preguntabas algo y contestaban con mala actitud
O quarto é amplo e não tem carpete e a localização é boa com bastante estacionamento.
A limpeza do quarto é pessima! Parece que não limpam o chão. A privada estava encardida, um nojo! Não tinha nenhum item de amenidades ( shampoo, creme, condicionador) sorte que eu levei ! A internet não pegava no meu quarto
When I checked in at 8:30 pm, they did not have my reservation. I spent 10 or 15 minutes at the Kiosk entering my confirmation number, viewing my license and they still said they couldn't find my reservation and they were totally booked. Finally, the one employee came back and said my reservation was cancelled because I did not pay in advance. My booking paper work clearly said that I would be paying when I arrived. After viewing my paper work and confirmation, he found me a room. This should never happen to a booked reservation. You could charge me the full amount even if I never arrive because you had my card number.
