Good- noisy after I asked for quiet, otherwise good
Pros:

They let me borrow a blow dryer and gave me non smoking and we're professional and nice

Cons:

People came and booked all around me whom were screaming and noisy, I called the front desk and told them so, it may have been a crime issue I had realized also , ( the reason they were screaming)

Overall, I had a good stay and the staff were nice.
Pros:

Very good value, you get what you paid for.

Cons:

I observed the presence of some roaches within the property, specifically in the room where I was accommodated, concealed within the curtains. Upon entering, I detected the scent of roach spray. It is apparent that a pest control professional was likely engaged prior to check-in; nevertheless, the room was maintained in a tidy condition.

Parking and safety was good. The bed was alright

Cons:

Cops blazing through the parking lot for security added measures but he was really being reckless and intimidating me for nothing as I was finding the entrance to the motel driving. Another was homeless people nearby.

Absolutely nothing and the customer service was terrible, worst experience I have ever had at any kind of hotel facility in my life.

Cons:

Property was in terrible condition. Room was gross so was the looks of the bed. Management was terrible I requested an early check in around 10am and left at the 1pm time frame, did not even stay and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund, plans fell through and I did not have use for the room. Extremely poor customer service especially when the First Lady said we can process you a refund or at least half and then she spoke to her manager who came over and said they won’t process any refund at all. What kind of horrible communication is this to the consumer? I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. No need I should have been charged close to $100 total for 3 hours. As someone who works in high end luxury service, basic customer service here fell short. Awful
