The suite was spacious and cozy.
The carpets were alittle dingy and could use some cleaning. The bath tub and sinks appeared slightly dirty and could have been cleaned alittle better.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received during my departure from State Bridge Suites in Morrisville, North Carolina.
I stayed at your property for approximately six months and spent well over $10,000 during my stay. Throughout that time, I maintained my room, respected the property, and treated staff with courtesy and kindness. I also regularly tipped housekeeping staff, who consistently treated me with professionalism and respect.
On my final day, I was in the process of moving my belongings out of the room. Having lived there for six months, it was not possible to remove everything within a few minutes. I had been moving items throughout the day and was working as quickly as possible.
A staff member approached me and repeatedly pressured me to leave immediately despite seeing that I was actively moving my belongings. He later came to my room, knocked aggressively, and continued insisting that I leave. His demeanor made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. I was particularly disturbed by comments suggesting that I would be sleeping in my car, which I found unnecessary and disrespectful.
What disappointed me most was that after six months of being a loyal, paying guest with no significant issues, I felt as though I was being treated as a nuisance rather than with the dignity and respect that every guest deserves.
I understand that rooms must be cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those needs. The treatment I received on my final day did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected after such a lengthy stay.
I hope this matter will be reviewed so that future guests are treated with greater courtesy and professionalism. Even the housekeeper showed frustration in how this man was treating me I have never had a issue to deserve that type of treatment the manager one day debited my card extra money, I paid 2500.

The breakfast was beyond our expectations! The coffee was excellent, and the variety of choices was both high-quality and plentiful. The yogurts, fruits, and cereals were fresh, and the eggs and turkey sausage were perfectly prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our day! Please extend our appreciation and thanks to the breakfast staff!!! And thanks to the entire hotel staff from the front desk to the maids, everyone one was very friendly and polite! Many thanks for making our stay a pleasant experience!!!
A blow dryer would have been a welcome addition, as it’s typically standard in most hotels. The suite was otherwise well-equipped with all the expected amenities, so I was quite surprised to find that there wasn’t one available. Perhaps they are sometimes removed due to theft concerns, but securing them to the wall could be a good solution to ensure guests have access without that risk.
It was easy to check in and out and the people working were great. The room was clean and very comfortable!
