Booking.com has wrong information on the rooms there are no rooms with the whirlpool or spa bath
Pros:

I like that the staff makes you feel comfortable especially Jashira Jackson

Cons:

I don’t like the fact that booking.com charged me for a room with a spa bath and the hotel been closed down all those rooms way before I booked

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean.

Cons:

I would have liked for the bus stop to NYC to be closer instead of having to cross over a busy highway, but that is not the hotels issue.

It was a quite disappointing trip, particularly due to the rude behavior of the receptionist.
Cons:

Upon entering the room, we noticed a strong humid and mold-like odor. The room felt poorly ventilated, and later we discovered visibly wet carpeting near the bathroom and beside the bed. We had already unpacked and chose to tolerate the conditions for the single night stay rather than request a room change.

Pros:

We have tried this place few days ago for our FIFA World Cup guests .Horrible noise coming from all angles. Please avoid the place if this is an isssue .
Old AC systems to a point you can hear next door / up and down units. Highway traffic noise all night long .
People are ok there but place is far from it

Cons:

The dirty sheets, smell of burning marijuana, party next room over that staff declined to do anything about when I had two children trying to sleep so we could go to American dream mall the next day. Save your money and just get a Crack motel for a quarter of the price.

Disappointing, do NOT recommend
Pros:

The breakfast was fine. The staff was personable and friendly.

Cons:

The room was not clean, even after informing the front desk that there was hair in the shower and potato chips shoved into the peephole. The pool was underwhelming. I had to request blankets twice. The shower ran out of hot water.
