Great location, affordable, staff is friendly, loved the renovations and tons of unique light fixtures, huge TV, very nice bathroom with a walk in shower, clean towels and comfy bed. Elevator worked just fine. Thanks again for your service.. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! They recently renovated and honestly I love the minimalistic style they have going on. The customer service is great and everyone is so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and smelled great. They also have floors instead of carpet in the rooms which made it feel extra sanitary. Overall I will be back and highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised when I first showed up considering how good the pricing is compared to most of Atlanta.

The front desk receptionist was straight to the point and respectful. My room as exactly as advertised and everything in there is brand new. It’s one of the nicest microtels I’ve stayed at and stay at Wyndham properties all the time!

We stayed at Microtel while we were in town for a tennis tournament with my family and had a great time. The hotel had just been updated, so everything looked new and clean. We could relax between games in our comfortable and well-kept room. The staff was helpful and professional the whole time we were there. It was a nice and easy place for our family to stay, and I would definitely think about staying here again.

Microtel by Wyndham is a slightly older hotel, but they have recently remodeled all the rooms and they are fresh, bright and clean. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The location in Norcross is very convenient to the 85, and there are restaurants within walking distance and nearby by car. I will be joining them every week for a few months while traveling for work, and do enjoy my stays at this hotel. Recommended!

Stayed here recently and was really impressed! The hotel just reopened after a full renovation, and everything feels brand new—super clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooms are well-designed and have everything you need. You can tell a lot of thought went into the updates. Definitely a great place to stay if you're looking for something fresh and affordable. Highly recommend!

I like the size of the suite .i didnt like.....that ive rented this room many times before, it used to have a coffee pot and ice bucket.the room had a ironing board,no iron.remote....no batteries,i was sooooo bored and 3 packs of moldy bread in top cabinet .they dont sweep behind doors either.pretty gross this time around.

They have roaches and every room smells like smoke even “non smoking” rooms.

I had a 2 month old baby and the whole building smelled very badly and the room literally smelled like a box of cigarette ashes where dumped my head hurt and we only lasted less then 5 minutes we walked out and went to a different hotel and the owner didn’t want to give us a refund. Never again!!!

The room was okay, beds were very comfortable. Not enough towels. Ice machine was out of order but we asked if any was available and someone got us some. No breakfast even though it was listed online that there was. It was an okay over night stay.

Just was not happy with false advertisement of breakfast. Rooms were ok clean.
Staff was friendly and willing to help. We were able to get more towels and more shampoo/soap everyday. Much needed because of us playing baseball. In a good location for reaching all the different schools in atlanta.

Roaches, no refrigerator, loud ppl. Police had to come to the hotel. Check in was not amusing to me at all but check out was alot better but I dnt hav any intentions on getting another rm from here at all ever in life

The Rooms and carpet throughout the hotel and stairway needed cleaning and bathroom smelled of urine throughout. Don't understand why they have not resumed breakfast because other hotels that offer breakfast have managed to do so while enforcing Covid protocols. I think they are just using Covid as a reason to save money instead of investing in safer practices.
