If Iris did not step in it would have been a horrible stay. Because of her help I would give this property another chanc

The location is excellent. Iris R was amazing and turned around the last few days of our vacation.

Cons:

Apparently using Booking.com gives you the worst room at the hotel with a balcony just over construction. Man at the front desk was not helpful and had no compassion for our situation.

Excellent emplacement. Déjeuner inclus bien la fin de semaine, correct sans plus en semaine.

Cons:

Vieil hôtel ( le plus ancien de la place), propre mais fenêtres qui n’isolent aucunement des bruits extérieurs. Mais tout de même un certain charme se dégage de la place.

La ubicación, la atención del personal, en especial un señor mayor del área de desayuno y Norberto, el chico del fin de semana que nos atendieron muy bien.

Cons:

Las almohadas, demasiado finas y un chico joven del área del bar, me tenía que cobrar 150 pesos y sin yo decirle nada se quedó el cambio de propina. Y al pedirle el cambio se molestó.

Breakfast was very good. More than enough. The buffet was very good.

Cons:

The drinks were Awful!! I tried several different ones…..AWFUL. Even the orange juice was watered down.

Great value for the money. It is a no frills place with a few nice frills like a nice pool area.
Pros:

Love the location, cleanliness and size of room. Nice restaurant and bar next to well maintained pool area. CLEAN!!!! Big balcony with two chairs and a table. Safe in the room is a plus. Lots of storage space. Relatively comfy beds.

Cons:

A paucity of extras in the room. A bar of soap and shampoo are only bath goodies, bring your own body wash. Would be great if there was a fridge in the room. The "happy hour" advertised at the bar is kind of a scam. It's almost like breaking a doggy treat in 2 and telling your dog he got two treats. They do the same with the drinks at happy hour. Not nice. Staff is kind of cold compared to most Mexican resorts.
