We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great staff, wonderful location. Real Mexico.
Pros:

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was excellent (buffet and plated). Building was historic and location was ideal. Staff was fantastic. They kept us safe in the Cartel attacks. We thank them!

Cons:

The TV was too small, and there was only one chair in the room to sit in. No refridgerator or Hair dryer. None of these things are a big deal.

Great hotel for budget conscious travelers!

Rooms are nothing to boast about but they are comfortable and clean. Showers are good with instant hot water and lots of pressure.

If Iris did not step in it would have been a horrible stay. Because of her help I would give this property another chanc
Pros:

The location is excellent. Iris R was amazing and turned around the last few days of our vacation.

Cons:

Apparently using Booking.com gives you the worst room at the hotel with a balcony just over construction. Man at the front desk was not helpful and had no compassion for our situation.

Excellent emplacement. Déjeuner inclus bien la fin de semaine, correct sans plus en semaine.

Cons:

Vieil hôtel ( le plus ancien de la place), propre mais fenêtres qui n’isolent aucunement des bruits extérieurs. Mais tout de même un certain charme se dégage de la place.
