Another Great Rosita Stay. Great Balcony,
Pros:

I have stayed at Rosita/El Pescador many times. This trip was another winner. They have improved breakfast. Housekeeping was great, and the desk was quick to send help when there was a blown breaker. I must say the desk staff were so helpful in finding a room on high floor. It made such a difference for me enjoying the view of the bay. The work is almost complete on extending the Malecon in front of Rosita. Be aware, that you might have to schlep bags a half block from taxi stand. It isn’t ideal, but if is workable.

Bra hotell med bra läge

Läget vid havet nära stranden och strandpromenaden i det trevliga 5:e decemberområdet. Utsikten, poolområdet och rummet med balkong mot havet. Personalen var enastående gjälpsam och vänlig.

Cons:

Det konstiga systemet med armband för de som bodde på hotellet och ett separat armband för den ingående frukosten.

DESSAPOINTED, bad management customer service?
Pros:

Just Good Location, but Poor & disappointment Hotel's policy, part of my family couldn't travel for healthy reasons, they called your Hotel's management ahead of time to cancel and explain the situation, but you didn't give any credit or refund at all, or try any apologies, or even change the dates or anything to make them feel comfortable, they didn't receive any support at all from you Hotel. if management would do anything about this issue, we would it come back here again, unfortunately this is the last time we will use your facility.

Pool has black growth on grout between tiles Black growth on balcony brickwork.
Lounge chairs faded, sagging, have tears and covered with baked on bird crap.
Bird crap also on pool deck and on chairs in open air restaurant
