A very late booking, we were very grateful to the Hotel
Pros:

A very late booking for a short overnight stay when Ryanair cancelled our flight after sitting on their plane for over seven hours
Hotel accommodated does it very short notice and we were given a superb broom for the regular room rate

Cons:

Nothing to dislike for the short time we spent here the staff were very, very helpful

Dépaysement par rapport à un hôtel classique et emplacement idéal
Pros:

Emplacement super à deux minutes de la cathédrale et vue sur la mer à sortant de l’établissement. Ancien palais, authentique, avec un très beau patio. La terrasse donne une belle vue sur la mer et la cathédrale. Petit-dejeuner à la carte, dans un petit patio, avec un personnel très agréable et à votre service. Peu de chambres dans l’établissement, donc plus agréable et calme.

Cons:

Il manquait quelques équipements: pantoufles, porte qui fermait mal entre le salon et la chambre, crochets du rideau qui se défaisaient baignoire à remous avec un robinet qui fuyait un peu.

5 star Palma Get Away!
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, they are knowledgable on many things ex: restaurants recommendations and booked it for us; offered teas and alternative food when i wasn't feeling well. The spa is a different experience (private/ booked per room at a time), it was lovely. The location was perfect for our trip. Their breakfast was fantastic with the chef there.

Cons:

Tricky to get to if you arrive in your own vehicle. We were not familiar of the area at all, and that was stressful going into very narrow one way "streets".

Stunning property with impeccable hospitality.
Pros:

Stunning property with impeccable hospitality. We stayed as a family with older teenagers and young adults in multiple rooms. The rooftop is gorgeous with views of the cathedral and is especially beautiful at night. Delightful staff, incredible breakfast and amazing art and decor. Concierge worked overtime to provide us top recommendations which we really enjoyed. Location in old town is perfect. Highly recommend. Will be back.

We loved our stay and would recommend to others. The hotel is very close to the famous basilica.

The location could not have been better and the view from the roof terrace was incredible!

Amazing experience, I felt like a royalty in my own palace and own staff who took great care of me.
Pros:

Amazing old palace, it’s a huge house with only 12 luxury rooms. Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast, felt very private and calm. I loved it!

Cons:

There is nothing, only maybe that AC not working when outside, but can be fixed with an extra card. :)

It was like a mom and pop run hotel.
Pros:

Nice antique palace. A bit out of the way, but quiet.

Cons:

Warm AC in the room. no restaurant, no toiletries and inflexible staff.
