die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal, das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Raumgrösse vom Zimmer ist ausreichend, das Bad eher grosszügig. Die Zimmerdecke leidet sichtlich unter Wasserproblemen! Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig.

Cons:

Für die Nutzung vom Pool muss eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlt werden. Das finde ich ein absolutes no go.

A localização é boa para fazer coisas a pé mas para chegar de carro é complexa. Ruas estreitas e gps não encontra o local o que dificultou a chegada mas o staff foi incrível e nos encontrou perto e nos levou até o local

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience and far below the standards expected of a luxury five-star hotel. Important information regarding vehicle access, extremely narrow roads, and parking arrangements was not clearly disclosed before booking. As a result, our vehicle was damaged while attempting to reach the property.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of support from management. We repeatedly contacted the hotel and were promised callbacks that never happened. Despite numerous calls and messages, our concerns were not properly addressed and communication was extremely poor.

Most frustrating of all, we never checked into the hotel, never stayed in the room, and never used any of the hotel's facilities. We raised our concerns immediately upon arrival and requested assistance, yet the hotel retained the full amount of our reservation despite providing no accommodation or services whatsoever.

A luxury hotel should be transparent, accessible, and responsive when problems arise. Unfortunately, our experience reflected none of these qualities. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise future guests to carefully consider the property's access limitations and customer service standards before booking.

ما زاد الأمر سوءاً هو الغياب التام للدعم من إدارة الفندق. تواصلنا معهم مراراً وتكراراً، وتم إبلاغنا عدة مرات بأن الإدارة ستتواصل معنا، إلا أن تلك الوعود لم تُنفذ أبداً. وعلى الرغم من كثرة الاتصالات والرسائل، لم يتم التعامل مع مخاوفنا بشكل جدي، وكان مستوى التواصل ضعيفاً للغاية.

الأمر الأكثر إحباطاً أننا لم نقم بتسجيل الدخول إلى الفندق، ولم نقم بالإقامة فيه، ولم نستخدم أياً من مرافقه أو خدماته.
