Palacio imponente aunque las habitaciones justas.
Pros:

Es un palacio antiguo e historico con mucha elegancia y mucha historia detrás.

Cons:

Es complicado acceder en coche y dificil encontrar para aparcar cerca.La habitación es de tamaño mas bien justa para ser un 5 estrellas, necesitarían un poco mas de adaptación.

Stunning hotel poorly maintained
Pros:

Wonderful old palace , fabulous art.. however zero atmosphere.
Maintenance very poor , serious signs of wear in the bathroom , broken tiles…
The plumbing does not work , toilet only flushes 1/10 times, used the bin filled with water to flush , told receptionist twice , nothing was done… and same at checkout, zero response or reaction, no apology sadly.::
Safe also didn’t work on arrival had to wait for maintenance…
Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and the staff were fabulous different to the nonchalant attitude on reception particularly at checkout..
I rarely review and probably wouldn’t have if we had had an apology for lack of decent plumbing on checkout.
Sadly will not be returning.

Only a part of the hotel is as modern as it would be necessary for the price they‘re asking.
Pros:

Great location, helpful staff, nice first floor

Cons:

The first room we got had ants in it, later we got a room that was quite old and not suited to the money we paid for the hotel. We received an upgrade and everybody was nice and eager to help us solve the issue.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Einzigartig,tolle RoofTop Terrasse. Geniales Frühstück. Tolles Gebäude. Zentrale Lage trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig und hatte wenig Aussicht.

Toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, landestypische Einrichtung, außergewöhnliches gutes Frühstück.
Parkmöglichkeiten leider nicht vorhanden, nächstes Parkhaus ca. 200 m entfernt.

La localisation

Cons:

Erreur de Booking sur le descriptif de la vue depuis la chambre. Obligés de prendre une catégorie inférieure pour avoir un semblant de vue dégagée mais au prix de la supérieure ! Ni aucun dédommagement : ni de Booking ni de l’hôtel. Si le petit déjeuner n’est pas réservé à l’avance, le prix est doublé sur place. Là non plus, aucun geste commercial. Du coup nous sommes allés prendre nos 4 petits déjeuners ailleurs ainsi que tous nos dîners… mauvais calcul de la part de la direction. Pas d’espace agréable où se détendre. Voiture garée en plein milieu du seul endroit où s’asseoir. Roof top dans le noir complet à 22h ! Pas de bonde pour fermer la baignoire spa.

Pros:

Extremely comfortable, chilled and charming hotel. The hotel is relatively small but has several places to sit, including a wonderful roof, so never felt over busy. Spa is very good, easy to book via reception. All staff very helpful indeed and especially the waitress at breakfast who could not have been better. The breakfast food was perfect, good quantity, freshly made, calm surroundings. Comfortable beds, very quiet at night too. An excellent place to stay.
