A few problems....
Pros:

We stay here every year. This latest trip my wife sat in a chair in our room that was broken - she fortunately wasn't hurt but the chair's condition must have been obvious to housekeeping. The TV remote was missing, the desk gave me a replacement. The TV was set up so I could not plug a HDMI into it and watch Netflix. Very unusual these days. Lastly, I asked for a 3:00AM wake-up call that never occurred. Fortunately we woke up in time without the call. I reported the broken chair and missing remote and have not been charged for either (yet)...
I like the hotel's location and will probably stay here again but the last visit was not good.

Te recomiendo hospedarte en este hotel.
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy cómodas y modernas. La comida muy buena, excelente condición de los alimentos.

Cons:

Casi no le sabía mover al clima del cuarto 😂, pero lo resolvimos, también otra cosa es que cuando es fin de semana o vacaciones, tienen más gente de lo habitual y se les acaban los insumos o productos que venden en el lobby.

Fin de semana bonito y comodo en el Hampton!
Pros:

Muy buena ubicacion, todo queda cerca, la habitacion muy confortable buenos colchones, almohadas y ropa de cama, todo muy limpio, todo el personal con quien interactuas es muy servicial, sin duda me hospedaria de nuevo aqui.

Cons:

Son tal vez 2 detalles menores, la regadera estaba tapada y practicamente se hacia una alberca, hubo que meterle mano por que ya era muy tarde para andar reportando el asunto y pues habia que solucionarlo rapido, deberian hacer una inspeccion de estos servicios cuando se realiza la limpieza de la habitacion.
El otro detalle es que la TV estaba en chino o japones, desconozco que idioma y pues se complica un poco la navegacion, no es super vital pero pues nos entretuvo un rato poder mejorar la imagen, es algo menor pero eso si no lo pude resolver, no es como para evaluar super mal, pero no es algo que como huesped esperas padecer en una habitacion de paga.
