Pros:

Buena ubicación.

Cons:

Nunca hubo desayuno y nos levantamos a las 6:30. El hotel tenía un fuerte olor a drenaje pero en las habitaciones no había olor. La habitación estaba limpia en lo que cabe pero debajo de las camas si había un poco de basura. Nos toco en el piso de abajo hasta el fondo por la salida y nos despertamos temprano porque al salir los huéspedes la puerta hacía mucho ruido. Aparte de eso las habitaciones estaban cómodas, por el precio era de esperarse que tuviera defectos.

Room was not clean, toilet had urine down at the base, one bed had lip stick on the sheets, after flushing the toilet water kept running for like 3 more flushes, wall rot in the bath, and No Breakfast even though it says it is included…

No chair in the room. The staff was unprofessional, kind of rude... It's my first time to see an hotel with no seat in the room. You have to beg them for a chair and they could not find one. It's more like a shelter than an hotel. Some improvements will be appreciated. I travelled from Europe but I didn't like my stay in this property this time. In last October 2025 I was there for two weeks, a staff was there and they did a great job. This time I was disappointed. We don't require much, just the basics for an hotel room, especially when someone booked many days ahead, you should have time to prepare the room for the guest. They didn't care about who is coming!!!

Never again at a Super 8.
Pros:

Staff wasn't very friendly...seemed a bit shady.
The breakfast was a complete joke. They gave us a very small brown paper bag with an orange that should have been tossed out with a yogurt and granola bar. I have stayed at Wyndam properties many times. We actually stayed the following 2 nights at a Quality Inn.... which was wonderful. I have stayed at Wyndam properties many time in Anderson Indiana when I was still working and I always had great experiences. I could go on but not sure if my opinion will be taken seriously.... there was no mention of any compensation for the worse stay ever and a disappointing breakfast. Many good stays at your properties is why we stayed the next 2 nights at 2 different Quality Inns and both were wonderful.

Cons:

Staff and breakfast were the main reasons our stay was not a very pleasant stay.

Strong recommend change on staff n better servicee. No wonder motel parking was empty.

Room size perfect for both myself n spouse. Seemed clean.however, lobby smelled like sewer.

Cons:

I was very disappointed on the so called breakfast. I felt I was going on a field trip when I was in elementary. A granola n yogurt on a brown bag. I stayed for 2 nights. Did not get my snack on Sunday. Had to wait til 7. Front counter ladies were very rude!! Since we got there. Especially the short non American person.
