We absolutely loved the Cordova Inn, the staff was amazing!! We would like to personally thank Austin P. & Taylor for our experience. The front bar/ lounge is super cute. We went to a music festival all weekend at St. Pete pier. Our group got back & Austin P. made us all world class espresso martinis. Played some great music & popped us a bottle of champagne. It was the perfect way to end our evening. Taylor was so sweet and helpful at the front desk. We Love this place and will be staying here again on our next St. Pete adventure. Thank you Cordova Inn!!! 5 stars

Ariel and Eli are the reason we keep coming back to Cordova Inn/The Scott. They are truly the best. Their warmth, consistency, and attention to detail make every visit feel special, and they’re the reason we’re regulars. Exceptional service every single time.

Bri did a great job with my drinks one of the best bartenders around, very friendly, and pretty I highly recommend getting a drink from Bri when in town.

Bry is very knowledgeable. One of the better bar experiences I've had in a very long time. I would recommend her to anyone visiting St. Pete and stopping by at the Cordova inn!

Chantelle, the general manager at the Cordova Inn Boutique, was outstanding throughout my stay. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Every detail was handled with care, making the experience truly memorable.

My wife and I had a very bad experience with the Cordova Inn in St. Petersburg FL on October 17, 2025.
Our assigned room was unfit for occupancy; bugs in most areas, and window coverings that did not provide privacy.
The Venue was undergoing a significant renovation which was not publicized on their website or other information sources.
While the room rate and location were attractive features, the poor condition of the first night’s room more than offset our satisfaction and we demanded to be placed in another, more suitable room for the next night’s stay, which the “receptionist-on-duty” agreed to do. The Venue’s management was never on-property during our 2-day reservation.
In our transactions with the Venue, we requested a rate reduction for the one night of 10/17. The offer by “management” was only for the night’s taxes to be removed from our bill. We determined that this was unacceptable and proceed to appeal the charge on our credit card (which as rejected).
From our experience I strongly recommend that you be very cautious about making any reservations with this Venue for the foreseeable future --- and have visual evidence that the Venue is suitable for lodging.

We enjoyed the helpful friendly staff and the excellent lobby bar. The library was a great hangout after checking out and awaiting our delayed flight. We also left luggage by the check in/out podium and did some sight seeing after check out. We walked almost everywhere, so enjoyed the location. If you have sensory issues note that our room had a slight musty smell, but I didn't have any mold allergy reaction so it's just different than a newer crisp vibe. The furniture was old but comfy and part of the charm. The rooms do have window unit AC, so did not get as cold as more modern hotels. We were comfortable, but it took longer to stop sweating after exercise. We accommodated by getting ice for our drinks. You get the ice at the bar. We also bought drinks at the bar at a different time and they were excellent. We ordered coffee while awaiting our delayed flight and were shocked to receive complimentary coffee - perhaps as a way to make our wait for our delayed flight more pleasant. I assume coffee usually has a fee, but don't actually know. Also note there was no closet but a bar and some hangars in our room. The bathroom was a deep tub with shower option. The towel bar was inside the door across from the toilet and shelving for toiletries was on the bathroom wall opposite the sink - it worked for us. Be prepared for the lack of counter surrounding the sinking.
If you expect fresh and modern in ñ then this might not be for you, but if you want a place with a unique and exceptionally friendly personality then you should enjoy The Cordova.

The front desk girl, Ariel, was very kind and gave me a warm welcome. She answered every question of mine without hesitation and made me feel comfortable for my night’s stay!

Well the lady at the front desk that had red hair I think her name was Ariel she was wonderful she gave us information on places to go and visit and see she made up feel like we are locals

We have stayed in St Pete numerous times
We booked this boutique hotel for our 40th anniversary, we didn’t know they were under construction extending the hotel, also that our room was up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator,
The room itself, has a window air conditioner, the king bed was very soft and uncomfortable and made noise when you moved.
The bathroom was not user friendly, the toilet was old and brown stained. And there was no space for toiletries. Faucets had irregular sprays.
We were very disappointed,
There was also a resort fee that we didn’t know about when we booked
The employees were very friendly, when we checked in, the receptionist helped with our bags.

had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Ariel was amazing.The check-in process was quick and easy, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the attention to small details like fresh towels, complimentary water, and a clean bathroom. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Drinks were amazing and great coffee. The service throughout my stay was top-notch. I truly felt valued as a guest and will absolutely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Outlook a car park so blinds were drawn all the time. Room 102 sink cracked,shower shelf broken and a hazard. Filters needed cleaning on AC. No housekeeping in three days so bin was overflowing.
Staff wonderful and bed and bedlinen perfect.

Worse experience ever. Stay away. I have stayed in many upgraded historic hotels with old charm. This is not one of them.
