Une belle découverte
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux. Parking devant l' hôtel gratuit. Proche du centre historique. Rue très calme. Très bons restaurants autour.

Cons:

La personne du petit déjeuner est un peu sèche et pas souriante ! Contrairement au reste du personnel !

Pros:

La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa ed il letto era comodissimo. La struttura è molto carina, ho apprezzato gli arredi della zona bar/colazione. Il parcheggio dell’hotel è al chiuso e molto comodo alla struttura, forse solo un po’ piccolo per fare manovra (sconsiglio auto di grossa taglia). Lo staff veramente meraviglioso: ragazze dolcissime e super disponibili! Complimenti!

Cons:

A piedi è leggermente scomodo al centro. Il buffet della colazione offriva una gamma abbastanza vasta ma la qualità non era il top del top (ad esempio le uova strapazzate avevano un colore un po’ verdognolo). Però tutto sommato andava bene.

The service and the hotel staff is very friendly. They speak almost all the languages. I was surprised by the lady at the reception who spoke fluent French with me as soon as she saw my French passport .if i remember correctly, her name is Francesca ,a lovely lady who even booked for us a taxi to the airport and gave us a map of Florence with amazing recommendations .Cant thank her enough !The room was nice , efficient Air-con for August which was already switched on prior to our arrival. clean room. comfy large beds .amazing breakfast buffet is served .Location is perfect , everything is on walking distance.Our room was even better than expected compared to the photos and the best surprise was the balcony. I will definitely come back !

Eccezionale!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso purtroppo solo un giorno in questo hotel; ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere molto di più!
La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, comodissima per esplorare Firenze a piedi senza alcuno stress. La struttura è impeccabile: camere estremamente pulite, curate nei minimi dettagli e davvero accoglienti.
​Ma il vero punto di forza di questo hotel è lo staff. Tutti, nessuno escluso, si sono dimostrati straordinariamente gentili, professionali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza.

​Un plauso speciale va al modo in cui ci hanno aiutato quando la nostra macchina si è guastata. In un momento di grande stress e difficoltà, l'intero team si è fatto in quattro per aiutarci a risolvere la situazione, mostrandoci un'empatia e un supporto umano che vanno ben oltre il semplice dovere professionale.

​Se cercate un posto pulito, in un'ottima posizione e con un cuore grande, questo è l'hotel giusto. Torneremo sicuramente!!! (Magari con l'aereo 😄)

El personal de la recepción muy amable, en especial una chica muy joven que trató de hablar español y explicarnos todo.

Cons:

La persona que atiende el desayuno (mujer adulta, tez blanca, cabello claro, complexión media, no pedí su nombre) fue grosera y mal encarada conmigo, ya que se me ocurrió llegar 5 min antes al bufete y tal parece que eso la hizo enojar.
