Schon das beste Hotel in der Gegend

Dass Hotel ist die beste in die Gegend, hat Mann eine traumhafte Ausblick , frühstück, okay

Cons:

Habe eine Junior sweet gebucht bekommen, haben wir Standard Zimmer Rezeptionistin war unerfahren und hatte kein Plan sie hat nicht mal entschuldigt. Nach große Diskussion haben wir die gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Das Geld nicht wert.

Not worth the price we paid for it at all.
Pros:

The views from the lounge and the bar were excellent and the breakfast was good. The chauffeurs taking us to and fro the city centre were amazing.

Cons:

The room was very sad. The size was too small and especially the bathroom was so tiny that two of us were unable to be in the bathroom at the same time. And the facilities were extremely poor.

Lovely stay on beautiful Lake Maggiore
Pros:

Had a lovely stay here at the tail end of a 10 day excursion around Turkey and Greece. Room was a beautiful junior suite with large patio and stunning view. Breakfast was great each morning and we spent one day w/a guide island hopping by boat to visit area palaces and gardens. Enjoyed a 30 minute welcome massage and spent relaxing day by the pool. Also used the convenient shuttle to visit Stresa. The hotel has a dock making it easy for boat pick up for tours or restaurants to islands. Staff was kind and amenities were nice. Sad to leave.

Die Aussicht ist nicht zu toppen. Traumhafte Frühstücksterrasse und eines der besten Frühstücksbuffets, die wir je hatten. Den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zum Zentrum von Stresa haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider zunächst ein Zimmer bekommen, welches zwar formal der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach, jedoch sehr viel kleiner war, als auf den Fotos bei booking.com zu sehen. In dem Zimmer konnten wir uns kaum bewegen. Wir haben dann erst am Folgetag das Zimmer bekommen, welches den Angaben, nach denen wir die Buchung vorgenommen hatten, entsprach. Das muss in einem 5-Sterne-plus Hotel nun wirklich nicht sein.

had a suite with an open floor plan. That means your bed looks into the bathroom and there is no door. All the sounds and smells get to be shared.

A beautiful hotel with an unforgettable view
Pros:

Best aspect of this hotel is its position and view across the Lake. Its classical opulent Italian style might not be to everyone’s taste but it’s been beautifully done with the furnishings and artwork are striking. The staff were all friendly & efficient and went out of their way to look after us. The bar service is particularly friendly and they serve up wonderful cocktails.

Cons:

There is a very busy road runs along the front of the hotel which is noisy but the view makes up for it. We ate twice in the bistro and I would rate it as good rather than excellent. The breakfast buffet also good but at times the fruit on offer was either over or under ripe, surprising for a hotel of this standard. While the courtesy shuttle bus worked well, it would be dangerous to walk into Stresa as the road is tight and busy and for a good part there is to pavement.
