The reception rooms, friendly staff and a great view make this hotel very inviting.
Pros:

The decor of the reception rooms are wonderfully representative of the Italianate style.
The staff are very professional and friendly.
A welcome pack for our dog ticked all the boxes -really well done on that.
Turn down service was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The dinner was very expensive and we felt poorly prepared.
The bathroom with the over the bath shower was unpractical and the toiletries provided of poor quality.

Séjour très réussi à tout point de vue
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et très professionnel.
Très bel hôtel spacieux, décoration splendide et chambre très confortable. La vue lac est magique.

Personnel très agréable même si le manque de procédures conduit à certaines erreurs qui font la différence entre un 8 et un 9 :) Mais belle réactivité de la guest relation manager

vue et personnel de jour / navette tres fonctionnelle

Cons:

Mise en danger des clients / les restaurants sont tres mauvais, immangeables.
Nous avons eu une alerte au feu a 4 h du matin, aucun personnel présent et les portes de l'hotel étaient fermées ; nous avons trouvé par nous meme les issues de secours ...Aucun membre de l'hotel pour nous informer ou nous donner des instructions. Experience catastrophique et tres dangereuse ....

L'accueil, la situation géographique, le petit-déjeuner, le repas, la vue.

Cons:

Suite à l'alarme incendie qui s'est déclanchée vers 6h00 du matin le 06.04., nous sommes tous sortis en pyjama de notre chambre et une fois arrivés à la porte d'entrée celle-ci était fermée mais nous avons fini par trouver une porte de sortie à l'arrière. Il n'y avait pas de personnel pour nous donner des indications. Nous avons dû rester dehors pendant 35 min avant de pouvoir regagner nos chambres et n'avons jamais eu d'explications ni d'excuse ou geste commercial pour le dérangement.

Incroyable séjour avec personnel aux petits soins

Le lieu, le personnel, la chambre incroyable.

Cons:

La chambre était à côté de l’ascenseur à bagage donc un peu plus bruyant que d’habitude.
