The location was great, the rooms were clean and roomy. Staff was amazing!!!
How flexible the staff was
That they were doing work in the hallway, and that a delivery came to a ramp right outside our window. Hard to relax with constant noise
The restaurant attached was a good convenient option one evening during our stay not wanting to go out to eat. I ordered the steak sandwich and they even included a steak knife I could take to my rm.
Open Mike night was offered on site just steps from our rm.
The linens were freshly clean and I requested a turn over service part way thru our stay only requesting one bed be changed but the freshened up the whole rm.
House keeping were very pleasant, accomodating and down to earth making a personable experience.
It was nice to see when I had to go back to the hotel 4 days later to speak to front desk, that good security cameras were being installed.
It was nice to be able to open a window on the first floor although our room seemed to face a busy part of the parking lot.
The rm was dimly lit, was hard to get any good light in there. Opening the curtains were not really an option due to location of this specific rm, high traffic parking lot
The floors are not carpeted which makes footsteps echo
There was a fight Friday night down the hallway at the door, 5 men beating up another man at around midnight and the commotion on a Friday night was a little too much for me. This was due to the bar and liquor store connected im assuming. But if you have thicker skin than I, these are great perks at any hotel.
An 84$ charge came off my credit card AFTER payment was made and our 4 day stay was concluded, I went back to the hotel to show them the charge and get explanation but they really had none for me. Im still waiting for that charge to be reversed and or a call back....
My husband left his pills in the desk drawer by mistake and when we had called about them later that day, we were told that he would call back after looking, but we never recieved a call. And when I went back about the unknown charge, they were unable to find the medications at that time as well. Lesson Learnt, dont ever leave anything behind in any hotel.
The rms are not soundproof, you can hear everything from the bathroom. Which is by the door, in to in the hallway. Not ideal if youre wanting complete privacy.
Nothing
Anything.
The dinner and drinks we had were great. Hostess was awesome.
The hole upstairs smelt like smoke thou our room did not and that was a plus..

Like the convenient location right off the highway and the little restaurant that was attached offers handy access to food.
It was not set up very traditionally since the check out desk was down a hall when you first walk in. Also the view out window is a parking lot and industrial building next door. Lol.
