overpriced
There is nowhere to eat except the grill in the Casino from Mondays thru Thursdays. That is unacceptable.
No where to eat...
Ease to casino. Short walk. Easy check in and check out.
Arrived to the hotel. I’ve stayed here a 10+ times. I’ve given the good reviews now giving my bad experience. Easy quick seamless check in. Got to the room it smelt very musky everything in it did. Noticed it was a little hot in the room I kicked the A/C down as low as it would go. Headed down to the casino for a bit before returning. When arriving back the room hasn’t got any cooler. Called front desk they told me there’s nothing they can do about the A/C. They didn’t have any other rooms available or anything. So I stayed put tried to sleep only got about 2 hours of sleep before throwing my hands up and heading home. Laid there out of the covers still couldn’t get comfortable.
As expected from website.
First we were expecting a one king non smoking room. Got a two queen smoking room that stunk.
Very overpriced for all services did and drink. We laughed at a vending machine with 4 White Castle burgers for $12. We had overpriced drinks at the bar.
It was clean and staff was welcoming
It smells like smoke
Been going for years and taking advantage of my "free" stay. While there i drop a few grand, grab some crappy food from the only late nite option, and head for my room. I can understand the microwave removal. I didnt mind the dispensers in the otherwise underwhelming shower (that had someone else's hair in it the last 2 times). I didnt even complain when my "complimentary" items had to be retrieved at the desk (lotion, band aids, toothbrush etc... But now there's no more "ammenities" in these dirty outdated rooms that youre so quick to "comp" for us.
The last 3 stays I've booked a king smoking only to be given a dbl queen with refrigerators so loud, I have to unplug them to sleep. While im greatful for the "complimentary accomidations", I am a valued guest at several hotel and casino establishments that have far more to offer. I ask that you revisit just how valuable our loyalty is. Thank you for the opportunity to share about the terrible water pressure, the dirty floors, walls, tubs and my overall disappointment in Ceasars So. In.
Room was updated and smelled nice. And great casino.
Hate that you have to walk so far from the hotel room to get to the casino
The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 25 years. The rooms and especially the bath are in dire need of a VERY deep cleaning. The beds are hard and the linings and bedspread are so thin you can see through them. It’s ridicules to pay a “resort fee” The room didn’t have a clock and no daily housekeeping, You have to call everyday to have coffee and supplies delivered. If I go back, I’ll stay at a hotel in New Albany and uber it to and from the casino. The only positive I experienced was the restaurant, the breakfast was good, pricey but it was well prepared and the ladies working at the breakfast restaurant were very nice…
Lively casino, Gordon Ramsay Steak, and Indulge Spa offer a premier stay near Louisville. !!!!!!!!!!
Casino was great, slots very loose. Hotel service lacking. TV and internet put on our last day. No one could fix it for some reason. Could not get extra pillows and room smelled funky. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
The room was dirty at check in, nighty behind bed and 1/2nch dust behind beds. There was no hot water. The restaurants open are in the casino and only half of them during the week. Not kid friendly. They do not have a massage. therapist throughout the week. The online website does not match what they have and offer.
Casino
Needed thicker blankets and pillows kept running out of hot water only fast food style food or extremely high dollar no in between sit down or buffet like you used to have.
The gaming and bed were great.
At 8am someone was hammer drilling into cement in the next room and woke us up.
