Mattresses are terrible
I liked that I won some $
Probably one of the worst casinos that I’ve been too. No availability to food. Restaurants were closed. It’s seemed to be under staff. Call front desk regarding room service and was told I had to schedule it online. I never experienced that before
Súper
In the very short stay and not able to experience the offered amenities, I truely enjoyed the comedy show, beautiful area, lively casino, exemplary service and comfortable room with a lovely view.
1. I am handicapped and was expecting some type of valet service. That should be brought back for those of us in need. 2. Wished there was a mini fridge in the room. I had medication that is best if refridgerated. It rested on ice and then in water. Worked, but dissappointed.
3. Was expecting the pool and hot tub to be operating. That should be listed on the website when you book the room.
4. Would have loved to enjoy more of your amenities, but the room was so very expensice. $330+ dollars is a bit much to spend on one nights visit, yes I understand that there was a show happening, and I did choose to pay that price, but that is still a bit much to just sleep a few hours considering you want your visitors to spend their money in the casino.
It was convenient to stay at the hotel and go to the concert on site. The room and facility seemed clean. The rooms were quiet. We didn’t hear people or noises in the hallway or other rooms.
Free parking was a plus.
It was confusing trying to figure out how to get to the hotel entrance. Initially we mistakenly entered the casino garage. Then thought something didn’t look right. We then drove around looking for the hotel. We eventually found another garage and drove up several floors to the top which is where the hotel entrance was located. Usually hotel entrances are on the ground floor and pretty obvious.
The door to the entrance was unassuming. There were actually two entrances that looked the same not too far apart. See photo posted of one entrance. The other entrance looked the same and located to the left of this one.
Better signage would have been helpful. Other guests we talked to also said it was confusing finding their way in. They also said it looked like the same construction that was going on last year when they came.
We requested a room with a view but was disappointed to have to look at the roof below and some construction materials on the ground. See photo posted.
The room was more spacious than I expected, especially the bathroom. The separate “water closet” was great. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We got a great deal through booking.com which was fantastic. Oh and the concert being on site was a huge bonus.
The drop-off area was under construction. The parking garage felt like a bit of a walk into the hotel, though nice that it was all indoor/under roof walking.
The staff was very pleasant
The parking lot was a bit of a walk. The walk to the casino was ridiculous. Fast food breakfast wasn't expected.
first time i have been there since updates.
I had to walk through smoking section to get to non smoking. Was there during the week not much choices for food. You need something for people with difficulty walking to get the the casino from the hotel. Everything is so exspensive.
Very clean and close to the casino.
a strange noise coming from the outside or nearby area.. a motor running sound. Not overwhelming but still constant.
Staff was friendly
Rooms were fine just kinda drabby. The tv didnt really work, room service didnt come by at all, and the bathrooms are very outdated. There arent many food options beyond door dash. Also the casino bar basically had only 2 tenders working every night
There was some kind of noise that was going off the entire night. We were to far from the casino for it to be that. It was very hard to sleep with the non stop noise. Also 3 pillows on a king bed is odd.
