Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were two bathrooms, one in each bedroom, which we loved!
We had a two bedroom suite. The air conditioner was in the main living room but there was no way to separately adjust the temperature in the bedrooms. We slept with our bedroom doors closed so it got a little stuffy/hot in the bedrooms.
Great Customer Service, nice clean comfortable room. The elevator was a little sketchy with its creaks and groans but it worked LOL. It was my wife and I's 37th wedding anniversary. The room was perfect. The pool was perfect after a long day hiking in the Silver Falls Park. Buffet Breakfast was tasty.
The fridge made ice, kitchen had everything we need, three tv’s was perfect. Breakfast was good just need a little different selections.
People on top kept making voice running back and forth at any time could be 11 pm or 3 am etc. one of the tv remote’s didn’t work. One of the closet door wouldn’t close properly as well one of the restroom doors.
Grill on patio
Price of washer and dryer, also that we needed quarters instead of digital
Shout out to Ethan and Autumn at the front desk ; and Dorothea in the kitchen. They definitely deserve bonuses for their kindness, professionalism, hardworking and dedication.
The house keeping staff gets an F . I know they are super busy, but OMG!
The assistant manager Andrea was very kind and took care of us. I appreciate that.
The morning breakfast was real eggs and food. Not the regular Lord knows what you’re eating. Dorothea worked extremely hard at making sure everything thing was read; The area was clean and the food was prepared well. Thank you. She is very sweet and works hard. Again thank you Ethan and Autumn. Your the only reason we didn’t leave.
Would never recommend this place and will never stay again. The internet here is so slow and bad you basically can't use it. It's false advertising saying they have wifi. The room had a Gatorade bottle lid on the floor so probably not the cleanest either. If your trying to do any business the involves the Internet don't stay here.
Calm and beautiful location near to anything .
Breakfast was OK.
There was warm water in the shower.
I stayed for three nights and the room was never cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed nor the towels changed. I have to clean the bathroom and toilet by myself. There weren’t toiletries and I have to go and buy soap.
I made the front desk aware of the failure to clean my room up the first day and nothing happened. When the second day of the same, the person in the front desk, a young man, though it was funny and laughed at me.
I love that we could book 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms with a kitchen! Sooo useful!
Parking fee? I’m not a fan.
Unfortunately for this hotel, I can’t sleep and I get sarcastic when I’m tired. If I wanted to resurface my skin and make weight for my next wrestling meet, I would have found a spa nearby. I travel frequently for 2 club sports for 2 kids, so believe me, I am well traveled in this level of accommodations. We spend close to 50 nights a year on the road and are loyal Bonvoy members. I will never stay here again. My room is nearly 80 degrees and the ac is set as low as it can go. Maybe I lose some water weight from all the sweating. My windows are open to provide some relief, but it isn’t doing much and frankly feels unsafe. I won’t be sleeping tonight, which was the whole point of paying to come down the day before our event. Parking fee is outrageous given the location and breakfast won’t be available before the time we have to leave. This place has had a makeover, however it’s clear it is old. The sheets on the bed must be from before as they feel like sandpaper and pilling badly. Nothing like being reminded all the stranger bodies who have slept on the bed while you’re trying to rest. Between the heat and the gross, rough cleanest, my skin has lost at least one layer. I prefer a facial to this. Do yourself s favor and stay at the home2suites down the street. It’s much nicer and typically cheaper. Huge mistake staying here this time. Read reviews and believe them on this one. It’s not good an there are better, less expensive options nearby.
