Property was amazing and so close to the beach
The bed was a bit firm for my liking

The Toilet was loose from the floor. Carpet was spot’d tinted yellow (like iodine) in different locations. The phone charging stations wasn’t working in various locations, and I consider ridiculous charge for park in the hotel premises if we are room reservation.
Room was clean and the breakfast was average.
We requested a balcony room and had received the patio. Thought we would be viewing from a balcony the ocean, but instead viewed a construction fenced in area. The hotel was clean. The staff was ok, but I guess I am use to the Drury which the staff seems to go out of their way to make sure we were happy. I was also very disappointed in not being able to get a receipt from the hotel at check out time. I was told I would have to get the receipt from Booking.com
So my overall experience would rate this hotel as an average.
The room was great! We did not have a "view side" room, but we could still see the water from our balcony! (Awesome bonus). The beds were comfortable. The room did not have a weird hotel stench and that is always a plus!
The breakfast was not so good. I liked the banana walnut flavored waffles okay, but my husband said the other breakfast items were nasty. (He is not super picky when it comes to eggs, etc., so for him to say that, it must have been bad.
Closely located to beach and facilities.
It’s February so no indoor pool, but that is minor.

upon arrival and checkin it was made very clear even blunt that if our dog barked we would be asked to leave

The elevator speed and shakiness and the outside door not working for key entry to side closest to room- the check in attendant told us to use it so we parked by it and then when we told her it didn’t work after having to bring luggage thru main lobby- she’s like oh yeah that door hasn’t been working they ordered a part
Breakfast
Room smell.
The hot tub was not working and the staff did not seem to care. My wife and I booked this for our 31st anniversary and we did a lot of shopping and walking and need this for our back.
Furnishings are nice. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast items are numerous & well stocked.
Parking lot unlit. Basically items in room like shower gel and shampoo were empty. Safe batteries were dead. Simple things to check before booking the room again were neglected.
