I was very comfortable in my room
Pros:

Fun relaxing time with friends.

The elevator speed and shakiness and the outside door not working for key entry to side closest to room- the check in attendant told us to use it so we parked by it and then when we told her it didn’t work after having to bring luggage thru main lobby- she’s like oh yeah that door hasn’t been working they ordered a part

would not stay here for the price and the lack of concern.
Cons:

The hot tub was not working and the staff did not seem to care. My wife and I booked this for our 31st anniversary and we did a lot of shopping and walking and need this for our back.

Mostly good with some minor issues
Pros:

Furnishings are nice. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast items are numerous & well stocked.

Cons:

Parking lot unlit. Basically items in room like shower gel and shampoo were empty. Safe batteries were dead. Simple things to check before booking the room again were neglected.

Everything good but pool.and hot tub
Pros:

Clean and air condition worked good .

Cons:

The hot tub and pool are very dirty. Stayed for four days three nights and never seen pool be maintained. Pool had very little jet pressure.

Pros:

Frühstück war ok, Kaffee war ebenfalls den ganzen Tag über erhältlich.
Die Strandnähe und die Nähe nach St. Augustine waren super. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal.

Cons:

Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und, obwohl mir eine Lösung versprochen wurde, hatte ich bis zum Ende meines Aufenthalts keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer zur Verfügung.
Die Pool-Handtücher waren super klein. Das war sonderbar.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nettes Hotel in sehr guter Strandlage
Pros:

Nettes Hotel in sehr guter Lage nur wenige Meter vom sehr schönen Vilano Beach entfernt. Mit Auto etwa 10min nach Downtown St. Augustine. Gegenüber befindet sich direkt ein Publix.
Es gab einen einen sehr schönen Außenpool und auch Whirlpool, alles sauber, Poolhandtücher vorhanden.
2 Parkplätze (wobei wir 16 USD/Nacht an Parkgebühren für diese Gegend als sehr teuer empfanden!).
Frühstück war ok, typisch amerikanisch. Der Kaffee im Hampton Inn hat uns immer sehr gut geschmeckt.
Man sitzt zum Frühstück im Lobby-Bereich (relativ wenige Sitzplätze vorhanden).
Der Mann beim Check-In war super freundlich und nett!

Cons:

Die Dame beim Check-Out war ziemlich mürrisch und schien völlig uninteressiert.
Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Zimmer, welches sehr muffig roch (die Leitungen der Klimaanlage schienen doch schon ziemlich alt), jedoch haben wir es dann die zwei Nächte ausgehalten, weil wir mir dem ganzen Gepäck nicht nochmal umziehen wollten.
