This time only location
This was my fourth and last stay at this hotel. People really make the place, and all the people who were great have left. Staff if not friendly or helpful any more.
Over the years I’ve been coming here, this was the first time I was charged for parking.
It was also the first time that during a five-night, six-day stay, our room was not cleaned. The only service provided was taking out the trash and replacing towels.
At breakfast, for two days there were no whipped cream or chocolate chips available, even though Publix is located right across the street. There were also not enough boiled eggs available after 9 a.m.
In addition, during the weekday evening cookie service, my children were told they could only take one.
These may seem like small details, but together they make a strong impression and affect the overall experience.

There was nothing not to like. If I had to pick one thing it would be the parking at the hotel
The location was great, right next to the beach. Parking was convenient. One of the front desk personnel was lovely and helpful. The housekeeping brough fresh linens and made up the bed just fine. The gym elliptical worked well.
The breakfast was marginal, cold eggs one day, ran out of coffee one day. The elevator broke for one day and the elevator was extremely slow when it worked, plus it also was used as the freight elevator for the staff to move linens etc. which tied it up. The safe in the room was broken. The gym Peloton spin bike code to enable did not work and no one on the staff could help me.
De super mooie locatie
The hotel was directly across the street from the beach along with a grocery store, shopping and food options. Had just about everything I needed in walking distance.
Upon check in I did have to wait about 10 mins before anyone came to the front desk.
Loved the area, the beach views, the parking , the staff, the pool maintenance guy , plenty of things walking distance , cute shops across the street, will definitely be back

The pillows ain’t the best.. it took three to get my head elevated up some. Very very soft pillows!
Love the location to the beach while not being in the main tourist area.shout out to Mary that overheard a conversation my husband and I were having about something housekeeping forgot and she brought it to us without being asked.
Internet is not the best.
Location, pool, room (would have preferred a better balcony room), everything was great.
No shampoo in shower.
