Treated very well @ At Well Suites Refreshing!
Pros:

Loved Customer service from especially Ivan so Knowledgeable! Zoe, and Chase were also great!
Loved cleanliness of facilities
Loved room modern and everything you needed
Loved coffee tea bar

Cons:

Some way to get cash , or allow all employees a way to receive tips. More vegan options for food.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating several people traveling to Austin from different locations and different times! Breakfast was great and room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Wish the pool was open later, but I understand why it isn't :)

Pros:

We stayed during the F1 race weekend. The hotel wasn't too far from the airport and COTA, however, due to the major event in town, the price was higher than normal. If I attend the US Grand Prix again, I would consider staying here again.

Aceptable, exceptuando el desayuno.
Pros:

La habitación era confortable, camas cómodas, baño y cocineta todo bien. El café en lobby era bueno y siempre disponible. Aun se conserva como nuevo. Podría regresar nuevamente.

Cons:

El desayuno debería mejorar, pues en 6 noches de estancia siempre fue huevo solo (en polvo) insípido, un día carne adicional (hamburguesitas) y otro tocino, como proteína era lo único, complemento de queso untable, salsa, pan de caja, bagels, cereal. De fruta solo manzanas, naranja y plátanos (muy maduros cuyo sabor es un poco desagradable).
Muy estrictos en horario de desayuno que termina a las 9:30, ya que 9:15 es ultimo surtimiento, mi hijo y 1 familia más ya no pudieron consumir nada una mañana pues de inmediato retiraron lo poco que había, como si el desayuno fuera algo gourmet que valiera la pena conservar. Si por lo menos amablemente lo recordaran en el momento a la gente; sin embargo, insisto retiraron todo en unos minutos, hasta caliente el tostador lo retiraron.
Entiendo que en las diferentes cadenas de hoteles en USA, asi son los desayunos, pero en otras estancias que he tenido cada día varia un poco el plato fuerte.

Muito boa, exceto pelo café da manhã!
Pros:

Tudo limpo e arrumado, quarto espaçoso

Cons:

O café da manhã era ok, mas não tinha coisas básicas, como leite e achocolatado. Era bem pouco variado e isso que nos disseram que o café tinha sido recentemente “ampliado”!
